I was served by the store manager today, and she was extremely rude. She swore under her breath when I asked to order my drink. This created a hostile environment. Sad how a manager of a store can treat clients like this. Love booster juice, but won't be coming back to this one :(

I entered this store world-weary and soul-crushed after 12 straight hours of dealing with nonsense with the knowledge I had four more hours to go. I was greeted by friendly faces and a spotless store. I ordered the Mango Hurricane which was whipped up quickly and was the perfect consistency. Fruity, refreshing, and delicious, I could feel my will to live returning with each sip.Thank you Booster Juice for saving the day.

Worst customer service I have ever faced. The employee was may be working forcefully or was just pure racist. All I asked for was to make a custom Booster and she behaved as if it was too much. All along she kept yelling “I dont care, I dont care, I’ll make it! Whatever!” Never stepping my foot at this location again.

Unwelcome atmosphere and rude employees. Asked them to make a simple smoothie early in the morning with no line and I could see them doing anything else but making my drink when I was In a rush. Normally I am not particular about how long it takes to get served because I understand working a minimum wage job can be tasking. However, this is no excuse to “put off” what a customer has paid you to do. Service should be quick regardless of time of day.

You’d think booster juice is booster juice but this is definitely the worst one I’ve ever been to. I have been quite a few times and it’s never been a good experience. Firstly, usually the smoothies are just bad and closer to juice than smoothie. Secondly, check the other 1 star reviews because they are correct about the service at this location. Every employee I have encountered has seemed annoyed that you are there and do not even respond to anything you say. It’s pretty uncomfortable every time and they make it seem like you’re inconveniencing them just by coming in. They definitely need customer service training or new staff.

I came in for a matcha monsoon for an afternnon pick me up, only to witness one of the rudest interactions between staff and manager. The manager at this establishment is disrespectful not only to their employee's but to customers as well. I will not stand for this, and will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Never coming here again. Smoothie that I got was not fully blended and impossible to drink with a straw. Person who took my order was incredibly rude. Just shouted from the back and I had to wait for her to show up. When she came and took my order she rolled her eyes and treated me as if I incompetent. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Don't normally like to write reviews. But this place is just terrible. You'd think they'd treat customers better especially since we're paying a premium.

Ruined my experience with booster juice. The manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming just because I hadn't decided what I wanted fast enough. She treated me with a lot of disrespect and rolled her eyes just because I took an extra minute to pick a drink. Disappointed and definitely won't be returning to this location.

I’ve been disappointed with this location twice. First time, I ordered a seasonal smoothie and it was completely runny - I had to take it home and blend in some more frozen fruit to make it thicker. Second time, I ordered an açai bowl (my first time ordering this, but I thought it sounded good). The employees had no idea how to make it, didn’t have all the ingredients, and gave me this bowl of brown sludge (pictured). If they had just let me know that they weren’t familiar with the recipe, I would have ordered something else. From now on, I’ll save my money and just make smoothies at home.

when you first walk in, the store appears very clean. but i was overcome with a strong weed smell. not a big deal, it could have been anyone. i was approached by a middle aged woman with no mask on who didn't look happy to see me and rolled her eyes at me as i placed my order. i suspect the weed smell was coming from her. she made my smoothie and the rest of my experience was fine but my smoothie wasn't fully blended and it was only half full when i opened it. i have had other friends who love the gym nearby complain about similar issues. hopefully said employee can stop smoking pot at work and make better smoothies!
