My boyfriend and I went for brunch at the medicine hat Denny’s and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was well presented and tasted great! Grace gave us excellent service and remembered every detail of our order we were absolutely delighted to have her as our server!

We both ordered benny's. When the meal is poached eggs, you would assume poached, they were fried. When questioning them, the response was that we fry them, this is how we always cook them.We had a good laugh. No need to visit again. Food servings were small and cold.

I was helped by Donna. She was very friendly and charismatic. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and friendly attitude . The food was also really good. I got the t-Bone steak and eggs and it was very tasty. A bit pricey tho but definitely worth it.

We arrived shortly after 9 am for an anniversary breakfast. We were seated fairly quickly. Our server did not come to our table until after at least 10 minutes of waiting time. She took our order and brought our waters right away and let us know the coffee was brewing. When brought, it was spilled all over the cup and we didn't have napkins available to clean it up. She brought our cutlery which had a napkin, so I used that. When our order arrived in good time, it was the wrong order. She returned it and came back shorty with the correct order. She did not come back to see how our food was or if we needed anything else. My husband's steak was over done. We tried to get the attention of any waitress as we had run out of coffee. It got to the point where I almost got up to serve myself and my husband. He finished his meal, and she did not come back again until she thought we were ready for the bill, but we were still waiting for our first refill of coffee. It seemed she was the only waitress who made the coffee, because she was the only one we saw doing that job, so needless to say, we had to wait again while more brewed. Typically when visiting this restaurant, we are in and out within 45 minutes. Today, with the poor service, it was an hour and a quarter. I don't fully blame the waitress, although she could have done better, I feel the management dropped the ball and did not support their waitresses who were clearly VERY busy. I will likely give some other restaurants my business for awhile before returning to this one and when I do return, it will be on a slow day during the week.

The breakfast smoothly was absolutely amazing!!Breakfast was everything you’d expect from Dennys.The toast was a little burnt in our minds but they got us fresh toast quickly and with a smile!The waitress was fast and friendly always smiling.I really liked the poutine with hollandaise something different for breakfast.The slam hit all the right spots for moms breakfast too.

Met a friend for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Food was decent. Service was also fine. Overall a good place to come for classic breakfast fare and a good representative of the chain. I will come back again sometime.

Had a late breakfast. Very tasty. Used the washroom on the way out. I’m curious why the wheelchair accessible washroom has no handrails or grab bars for people in wheelchairs. Might be a good idea to install some. Bathroom was really clean though.

Food tastes fantastic, but the wait staff ruined the experience.I waited 15 mins for a pickup order that was placed 1 hour early. They forgot the drink, forgot the syrup, forgot the butter. When I called the # on the receipt I got a voicemail. I had to google to find the actual number, and the lady who answered immediately accused me of not picking up the milkshake.. Lady, you didn't give me one!The solution? Drive back and we'll give you a refund."For an order placed & paid online
