I drove from Burnaby to Coquitlam to do an exchange and their policy" during Black Friday week is no exchange or returns. I purchased something under 30 days ago and their Black Friday policy was not posted at that time. The associate kindly pointed to the policy. The store is empty with no customers. Can someone help me understand why I couldn't have been helped? I can understand if the store has even 2 customers and they were being helped

I bought a product just yesterday, and I found out that it was malfunctioning today. The product itself is superb, but the container it's in didnt budge. I called them and shortly got a call back. Their promptness in dealing with the situation was very efficient!

5/5 customer service and the employees are super friendly and helpful. They gave me a tons of samples plus helped me to find the best budget deals for my skin concerns.However, the location is quite tricky as it locates in a small corner near food court.
