Ocean Park Pizza & Steak House
I've sat down twice at the Walnut Grove location years ago. Wasn't bad. The pizzas I've ordered (mainly a bunch of meat toppings and extra cheese) have been soggy crust GREASY.However, I generally get a 6-8oz steak dinner (with all the fixin's) and they're pretty spot on and still warm when delivered. Kudos to the grill master(s) at both places. Recommended.

Really disappointed. Four of us for dinner last evening. Calamari appy…like rubber…tasteless. We had pizza, lamb dinner and two pastas. Pizza ok…all other dishes really under seasoned and tasteless. 120.00 cheque…Not good value. Will not go back. Unfortunate as always looking for a “local” “go to”. Should have been warned off by the reviews i read in advance.

One of the best roast lambs I’ve ever had, it was incredibly juicy and moist and the top of the meat was perfectly browned not over cooked or dry. This was properly braised on a low and slow heat. Also the chopped tomatoes and red onions added another layer and depth of flavour to the dish. I also loved how they did not drain the lamb jus as it was liquid gold. The rice was below average HOWEVER it’s amazing when you add the jus to the rice. Their menu claims their lamb is best in town, this place is not lying.

Love this restaurant! Amazing staff and food. Service is always very welcoming and friendly. Excellent food and service every time. Pizzas are loaded, food is always fresh and with high quality ingredients. They also have great options for people with dietary restrictions and are always very accommodating. 100% recommend.

It's always great food with generous portions. Also, always good service, but you would think they would learn their customer base by now having been in business for decades. The atmosphere as an Italian/Greek restaurant is not surprisingly decorated with images from Italy and Greece. However, what is the Taj Mahal doing on the wall?This place could be a wonderful family and almost high-end place if they only put on soft, romantic music, and changed the tv screens to something more pleasant rather than the WWF and sports without any subtitles.There was a study done on how people reacted to being exposed to violence on TV (they actually included testing those who attended professional fights) and viewers and audience members left feeling more agitated and more willing to engage in violent, aggressive behaviour than if they had been viewing something less violent. Therefore, when we go out for a special supper, the last thing I want is to be stirred up into a contentious attitude because of the environment subliminally infiltrating my being while trying to enjoy the person across the table. Next time, for basically the same price, we will be eating out elsewhere for a more desirable atmosphere.

If you're seeking a disappointing experience, look no further. While the food may be average, the service is severely lacking. The individual tasked with taking orders over the phone struggle to communicate effectively in English, making the ordering process a frustrating and time-consuming experience. She was particularly lacking in phone etiquette. This not only made the ordering process unnecessarily difficult, but also left me with a negative impression of the restaurant. Unfortunately, her incompetence was compounded by her rude behavior, which only served to detract further from the overall experience. Despite requesting the 2 lasagna deal

Food is excellent, roast lamb awesome!!!!! , update 10-15-17, Lamb chops were outstanding, Greek Salad here is the best I have ever had, keep coming back, Service outstanding, I make a reservation when I go here, popular place and you will know why.

Oh boy, what a disappointment. Food was mediocre at best …… apparently pizzas are good but we didn’t have any…..large family group and everyone was very disappointed. Glasses were dirty and they had to go back. Service was slow and food came out lukewarm and spread out over an unreasonable length of time so we really didn’t eat together. I had called ahead to ensure their heating had been repaired and they said it had. My first experience we were so cold it was miserably uncomfortable. This last time was their second chance….BIG FAIL and it was COLD again and food a big disappointment. We won’t be back. 400.00 wasted dollars.

We went for a group dinner and the food was definitly subpar. The Lamb chops I got were grilled to perfection and nicely seasoned, but all of its sides fell FLAT. The giant portion of rice was undercooked, hard, and inedible. There seemed to be a whole boiled potato on my plate that was wierdly yellow and sour. The greek salad, although tasty, was served in a plastic bowl. The restaurant had a musty smell when we walked in and the rounded bouth was very hard to sit in with the square table corners. The excellent lamb chops were what saved this review. Overall, not a spot I would go to again.

Good Italian/Greek restaurant. I've been to the one in Brookswood before and enjoyed my experience there. After work at a site nearby, I went for the chicken souvlaki meal. The Greek salad came out first in it's own bowl. It was very tasty with a creamy sauce. The chicken was done just right. It was tender and juicy. The potatoes were the red variety and came with skin on. This was a pleasant change in the usual Greek style potatoes. Portions were large. Service was fast and friendly. I would return again next time I'm nearby.
