The owner of this business was not responsive for hours before and after our event ended, and did not show up for decor takedown. As a result, my entire bridal party had to remove all the decor from our venue ourselves, before the venue would charge us. While we understood that extenuating circumstances can happen, the owner refused to refund us money even though she did not fulfill her services as business.
