I love the lab because every time I come in the Xavier guy helps me. However sometimes he gets too friendly and I end up having to knock him out. Overall good deal

I wouldn’t even give 1 star…Worst customer service we’ve experience. We sold a pair of Jordan 5’s at end of March 27th and we get our eft after 2 weeks on April 10th. We’ve been told it would only take 3-4 days to get the eft. Stay Fresh doesn’t even have an head office phone number to get in contact with. Had to follow up on multiple occasions in emails and phoning the store. This will be our first and last time consigning anything with them.

Friendly staff and a good selection of kicks. There was something I wanted that wasn’t in stock at this location and the staff went above and beyond to make a transfer from their other store. Will shop here again :)

Good selection of shoes however its overpriced like The cream white yeezys are like $700+ here. on stockx theyre like $400. I guess they give sellers a price and take like 25+ percentage from sellers. The shoe cleaning service costs too much. Its still a hype beast store and has cool stuff, If you are in a rush to get something or dont like waiting for shipping then go here.

I had the best experience at The Lab by Stay Fresh yesterday. Fatih made my shopping experience amazing and I spent more than I anticipated due to his great sales skills. He was so patient, answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. He is a great asset to The Lab! Don't hesitate to check out the Metrotown location and make sure you ask for Fatih!!

October 22 2022 1-3pmI usually have great things to say about the type of associates working at these stores, however I’m sad to leave a negative review the female sales associate in the white shirt and brown pants was uncomforting and not welcoming. I stoped by there today to pickup a last minute gift and none of the stock we wanted was available in store (understandable) so we were looking for a secondary item the other female associate with grey hair was very accommodating same with the guy at the cashier we took our time looking for another item as sizes vary same with price at this point in time the female sales associate began giving my significant other dirty looks and making her uncomfortable so we quickly made our purchase and left. as a store front that resells luxury and limited item clothing brands accessories etc I won’t be spending any money at this location or any other stay fresh location and I’ll encourage others to spend the money at places like Nordstrom and Holt renfew even though you have to go well out of your way 25 minutes and pay for parking the experience and culture that you keep makes up for any amount the purchase is customer service is customer service and that was not provided today please remember to train your associates that no mater what making customers feel good will bring them back no matter how big or small the item or purchase is ….

The girl at the front (I think she's the manager?) Was really helpful and kind. All my questions were answered kindly. Ended up buying more things than I was planning to. Damnit!
