Nav made my experience at Hakim so easy and enjoyable. She was so personable and I would recommend her to anyone!! So patient, and took her time to make sure I had the proper frames that matched to my prescription, while still having a fun variety to select from. Will definitely be back to see new inventory

Was very pleased to say that I got a lot of answers about a PROPER prescription for my glasses. The eye exam was taken into care and consideration with the fact that I have an auditory processing disorder, the time was taken by the team to fully explain everything to me. I was very happy with the testing and we were able to find root cause of my issues with my vision. I wasn’t planning on getting new frames from this location but I definitely might now. I will say for the quality of care you receive from the optometrist it’s worth the money for the eye exam! They don’t bill direct to insurance but most companies don’t for glasses, however they will 10000% give you a receipt. Thank you so much!

Nav and Rochelle are a superheroes. Nav fixed my frames when I had no hope. Rochelle spent the time filtering out five frames. “Call a friend” was super helpful. Excellent customer service. Gunmetal frames and polarized sports shades.

This place is great. The woman who runs it is very nice and very efficient. The selection of frames is excellent. We left getting glasses late before a trip and they put a rush on them and got them to us really quickly. We are very impressed!

I'm honestly not surprised to see so many 5 star ratings.Rochelle helped me pick my frames and she was excellent at figuring out what I wanted and present a million cute options. She was also honest when something didn't work for me which I really appreciated.Would definitely recommend

The worst retail shopping experience I've had in my 52 years of existence. Furthermore, filed complaint with the head office and got a call today from the District Manager telling me that they misplaced my complaint and to go back to the store to try and patch things out. Not stepping a foot in that store again until some changes are made with the people that run it.

The service was really perfect. The optician is very polite, knowledgeable and patient. Among many options which are available there ,she is very helpful to select the best frame and lenses which is suitable for my daughter and me .I highly recommend Hakim optic .

shopping for glasses can be very difficult but thanks to Rochelle and Nav the process was easier than I thought it would be.

I usually get my lenses from here this time around I was not happy with the customer service I received..by one of the girls named Jen she has zero communication skills and customer service skills really stuck up and rude I will not be using this location In the future…
