Friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgable on their products. They also did a colour match for me and it was spot on.

Look, I get it, we’re in a pandemic. There’s nothing else to do, so I want to paint. I called this location and asked for grey. I indicated the shades I was looking for based on samples from their website. I asked for chips, but it’s not possible during covid. Fine. I understand, as with normal paint chips, the colour sometimes doesn’t look the same when it’s on your wall at home. The woman I spoke with indicated that there may be some variance. Fine. A $13 sampleJar is all they could offer. Fine. I’ll take two different samples so I can see which one is the best grey. The colour was not anywhere in the stratosphere of what I asked for. Both Sky blue. Great. Of course, no refund available for the $25 in blue paint. And now I have two patches of sky blue in my kitchen. Considering these folks are supposed to be “paint experts”... I’m pretty disappointed.

I had superb service at the Sherwinn Williams store on Highland Rd (Kitchener) in the last months. I had a few projects going on and Brendon and his team were wonderful, always extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store also has amazing deals if you wait for the sales. An immense thank you, you truly made a difference in my new home installation and helped things go smoother for me :) I highly recommend this store !!

I live a stone's throw from the Fairway location and I come here. Great staff, super friendly and listens to your needs. Offers good advice. The paint was good, the service was much better.If I could get this location's level of service with Benjamin Moore's products, I'd be painting more often.

I didn't buy here yet but, my review is based on the young lady I spoken too the day I went in, she took her times to explain the differences of paint, answered my questions always being clear and kind with her wording. I will be buying paint from here soon.

Was not there only at the phone store beside it there is a pot shop there
