Updated review... We purchased the Movie Night Sectional and was not overly happy with it due to the cushions. Sundays customer service is excellent as they jumped at the opportunity to make it right when they found out we weren’t overly happy with the couch. They put forth a few options to ensure we were taken care of. They stayed in touch every step of the way and delivered us the Get Together couch which so far has been a huge improvement for us. Thanks Gabrielle!PS. If you are between the Movie Night and the Get Together couch … We would recommend the Get Together.

Unfortunately I've had my couch for a little over a year and it's already falling apart. I got the movie night couch and the sides have caved in where i cant fix them...the pillows don't fluff even after taking them out of the pillow cases the feathers are in stuck in a giant ball. I was so excited about these couches :(

The best experience with Gaby at the Toronto location. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and was just amazing at her job through and through. 10/10!!! Can’t wait for my couch to come now!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sundays. I ordered a dining room table but I had to contact the Sunday’s customer service as there was an issue with the wood planks. They offered a replacement table immediately. I then noticed that the table had gone on sale so I contacted customer service to see if I would be eligible for a price adjustment. They took merely hours to respond and gladly offered the price adjustment! I have never dealt with a company whose customer service was THAT quick to deal with an inquiry. I was shocked every time how quickly they responded. I’ve been nothing but impressed from the moment I went to the showroom, to dealing with customer service to the delivery of the tables. Not to mention that I LOVE my dining room table. I had been looking for months and it is stunning; modern yet classic. Highly recommend Sundays Furniture!

We had been on the hunt for a modular sofa so we could expand the pieces as we moved into a larger home. After a few failed attempts with another company, we landed on Sundays but was disappointed once again.We had bought the Loft collection back in April 2022 not knowing it was going to be discontinued this year (they didn’t even bother to notify their customers about this either until I had reached out). So my husband bought the last piece to our set right when we found out. It was the last one in stock - and ended up getting damaged during delivery. The delivery team not only left an inaudible voicemail (we could barely understand what they were saying) but has not gotten back to us about the damaged piece for over 2 weeks. Now we’re unsure if we’ll ever get this final piece or if we should be purchasing another piece from the collection before those sell out as well. Overall just not a great experience considering how much we’ve already spent with Sundays.P.S. it also looks like the prices have been adjusted since we purchased, which means we’ve overpaid for a piece of furniture we never received.As much as I wanted to shop with Sundays again, not so sure this is how I want to be spending my money. They should reconsider working with ANJ Campbell if this is how they will be treating customers.

I purchased the Stay A While Sofa. With the kind and knowledgeable help of Victoria at the Toronto location, it was the best purchase. I have a dog, and the sofa is comfortable and easily cleanable. Love my Sofa! Thank you Victoria

Love their furniture designs and quality, and their customer support is at a level I have not received anywhere else except luxury shopping.We had a small issue with our table purchased almost a year ago and Melissa at customer care was able to resolve it for us immediately. We received a replacement delivered within the week and they were able to offer us many options to send back or dispose of the original purchase - very much appreciated for those of us living in high rises and far away from furniture disposal sites.Melissa made an interaction I was dreading into a great experience, and really upped my expectations of how customer support should be.

First off, Victoria in the Toronto show room was great! She knew every detail about the products and the purchase was so easy. All items were in stock and delivery time was in a couple of weeks. There was a hiccup with the delivery company but Sundays was quick to rectify the problem. We purchased the stay a while" in coconut and we just love it. Made well! Also

Horrible experience buying a bed. It broke upon delivery and 3 months later i still didn’t have a replacement. I asked for a refund eventually but was not compensated for all the wasted time, now I have to purchase one elsewhere.EDITED: Company has provided a generous credit for poor experience and will be giving them another try :)

We went to Sundays with the intention of seeing pieces first hand. Though we had no initial plans to buy anything, Jess and Victoria were extremely friendly, willing to answer any questions and created a relaxing atmosphere. They never hovered or made you feel like you had to buy something or get out. We did end up finding a piece we loved and purchased it. Great customer service.
