Is there a way to give negative stars? Run, do not walk away from this company! Not a single window they installed was done right, or not damaged. The front door they put in was done in the most unprofessional manner, it was so bad, the manufacture had to come and repair it. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced, they lie, they do not meet their commitments or even come close.

What a great company. Their customer service is incredible. The installers arrived on time and answered all my questions on the day of. They cleaned up after themselves extra well too

We were referred by a friend of ours to EcoTech. They offered us great promotions and we got our new windows installed on time and very efficiently. They sure know what they’re doing!

Checked my energy bill for the last couple months just to see if the windows are as energy-efficient as they claimed to be. Turns out they were!! Felt warmer sitting close to the new windows too, so much better compared to our old windows!! Best investment of the year

We shopped around consulted with 3 other companies but decided to settle with Ecotech windows due to the price and quality of products. The day of installation, they showed up on time and did an awesome job, just wow! The installation team were courteous and professional and entire staff was very pleasant to work with. Sophia was excellent getting back to us with updates and answering any questions we had regarding installation. Thank you team ecotech for such a positive experience.

Be very careful with their sales reps as they provided a product that was not what was discussed when reviewing their product selections. We were giving an option where the screen door would open along with the one of the double door. What was actually installed was a regular sliding door that is fixed so I would need to physically remove the screen door to move large items in and out of my back yard. I've tried to have this resolved but received no response back form EcoTech. On top of that, the screen door was not installed properly and we needed to un jam it to open the screen door. Now we have a damaged screen door that EcoTech will not fix as they say it is our fault for damaging the door. How would that be our fault if the installation caused the screen door to get jamed/stuck? HIGHLY RECOMMEN finding another company to use as this company does not have good customer services and does not take responsibility for their trades workmanship. Now we have a product that is not what we wanted and the unwanted product is damaged. It has been such a frustrated process which leaves me so sad and disappointed. I can't even get a call back from EcoTech. So I'm out $5k for a damaged product that I'm now stuck with.

I saw one of their ads and called them to book my installation. They showed up on the promised date and installed all our windows and doors very professionally. You got yourself a very happy customer here!
