The phone number doesn't match . I tried to reach them by phone , but they didn't recognize this store as it has different owner . The phone number also doesn't connect you to the restaurant but he is using the same phone number for all.I hope if this issue can be fixed as soon as possible. It is really annoying .

This location is so hit and miss, like today it was definitely a miss. The wraps were so tough to eat and the meat was also quite tough to eat, it was almost like it was cooked for too long. We couldn't even eat all of it it was so disappointing. I really like going to this location as it is so close to home, but I am willing to start driving to the Quance location where they have been bang on every time.

DONOT ORDER IT BY USINF SHOPACHAT.I ordered some dishes by using the Shopachat, then I visited this place.They said there is no order even though I ordered and paid it already.The employee was ignoring me for a log time. He just served other customers. I WAS WAITING FOR 30 MINS to know what's going on. Even there is no manager or another employee.

I asked if they could please, quickly, scrape or clean their grill to remove any meat scraps as I was ordering a vegetarian meal...They refused ! I do not recommend this restaurant. If they had been busy I would have understood,however, the store was empty, very poor customer service. If I could leave a zero stars rating I would.

I came here just after they first opened and there was a strong smell of sewage inside. The smell was so bad we left without ordering. We went today and it is well over a year later and the smell has not been fixed. There is clearly a open sewer pipe somewhere in the restaurant. This place should be closed until it is addressed. There is fecal particles in the air and therefore in all the food. I expect many people have been made sick from here.On top of that today they refused to serve me a serving of beef with no wrap. He said they don't do sides or special orders. I have been ordering a side of beef for my two year old daughter many times at the quance street location where we have been treated great for many years. So I left with nothing again. And I will tell anyone who will listen not to go there so they don't get sick. I will be calling the health inspector as soon as I'm finished writing this review.

Great food and well worth stopping by. Have always had awesome staff. Definitely worth the price - it isn't the cheapest of quick food options but you can't really go wrong either. The wide selection of sauces and vegetables is always appreciated. More than enough customizations of multiple toppings to try something new every time you go.

A really good place to stop by if you are just passing Regina and looking for a quick bite, because of it’s convenient location beside the highway. The food was delicious and there was many creative options, I recommend having the philly steak donair. The bathrooms and eating area were clean, and the person serving us was nice and cheerful. Will definitely come here again when passing Regina.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prairie Donair, and I must say, I absolutely loved the food. The staff service, particularly Samina Chowdhury was exceptional. She provided excellent service to me with a friendly and attentive approach. I highly recommend visiting Prairie Donair to have such a wonderful experience.
