Excellent service - from start to finish! Larry measured and discussed flooring items, and also helped at the store with suggestions when I was picking out my flooring. Melanie was very responsive when I sent her email. And Ian did an amazing job with the actual installation. I would highly recommend the whole team!

The entire staff from owner, to salespeople to installers were very accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Ashley was extremely helpful when it came to selecting our vinyl plank flooring and carpet for our renovation. Our space was measured and ordered in a timely manner. The installers were punctual, respectful of our home, tidy and pleasant. Thank you to Larry and his entire staff. We have no reservations about recommending Sine’s Flooring. I went to all 4 carpet stores in Cobourg and found my best deal here. The service was outstanding. They had someone who lived near me deliver the carpet for free.He helped me up the stairs too with it and it was difficult. It was a small room so to pay the minimal installation fee that stores charge was expensive. They found me an installer that would do it at a great rate. Having visited all 4 stores they were the only store that did these extras and saved me a bundle.
