SCAMMERS I REAPEAT SCAMMERS....!!!never once in my life I book something on groupon and come to find there office or personally cell phones off all hours of the work week. Did some research and I’m not the only person this happen too.We’ll definitely be doing some research with the authorities and license registries. unreal !!

The acupuncture treatment was amazing, helped my boyfriend's injured shoulder so much!

My shoulder and back pain was gone after only a few visits. Dr. there is really helpful and patient. Love it.

I've been with Phebe for 8 sessions, she is a true healer. I had a ski accident 11 years ago, at the age of 15, and have had 3 surgeries since and suffer from chronic pain. I am now a ski instructor and am very physically active. I was seeing a sports therapist in Sudbury, ON, who was highly recommended, and was very good. However, Phebe's use of acupuncture, cupping, heat therapy and massage has reduced my pain symptoms significantly, and I feel more prepared to tackle my physical challenges than every before! I will go on to see a physiotherapist for more post-surgery help, but I encourage anyone with chronic pain to go to Rapha.

Last year, I have been trying to call this clinic so I could book an appointment. Nobody answered the phone. I couldn't even leave a voice mail because there is no voicemail box. I didn't bother calling them back as no one answered my calls. Then today, I checked my groupons and I realized that I have this $30 towards 60 minute acupuncture and cupping massage treatment, it's already expired. I was excited because it says on groupon that I can redeem the cost of the amount I paid for, so I thought I'd give Rapha Acupuncture Clinic a call. This lady named 'Phoebe answered and I mentioned about the expired groupon ( I was hoping that I can still redeem the amount and just pay the difference of however much the regular price of the treatment)

I bought a Groupon offer and I can't make an appointment! I can't even leave a message on a voice mail as they dont have any. I will cancel all furher Groupon notifications.I had horrible experience with dealfind" (I lost many hundred $$ as the services I bought were never provided). Groupon should get this massage- frault- offer out of their programm."

it is a really good acupuncture clinic . I have been there few times. I have tried heat therapy to cure rheumatism , so good.

Good doctor with good acupuncture level. My sleep quality is not sound and hard to fall asleep. Just after three or four time acupuncture , my sleep quality improved. The clinic position is very convenient with lot of parking lot.

A very nice and clean place with a friendly owner. Quick in-out. Very happy with the treatment. Will definitely continue to go again. Thank you .

Worst experience ever. Lady is very very very rude and she hung up on me just coz i didn't give her enough notice. i couldn't make an appointment on the day group was expiring technically its still valid for that day as it says expiry date and there is no requirement on group on to have lead time on bookings. I am going to check into filing a compliant against the clinic with the licensing authorities as well.
