Massage Addict

I had two massage sessions and in both the massager were very talkative. I like to have a quite massage as I am there to relax. In my second massage session the focus was in different areas but it was very very painful as I asked the massager to go easier on me, I reached a point that I thought I booked for a deep tissue massage instead of therapeutic massage. I reached home and my body feels hurt whenever I touch it. I am not pleased with the service and I am not planning to go there again.

I had an cupping massage today with Tiffany, she is the best massage therapist ever I've had in my life. Absolutely recommended her, but I dont like the way receptionist behave to me as I have question for my insurance. My insurance cover 75%, and the bill is 146 something but i have to pay the remaining 68$ something. It doesn't make sense, it not 75% cover. But when i came back to ask her why, she seemed not happy to assist me.

Excellent first session. My RMT was focused on helping to relieve some back pain. He was great for asking questions and was listening when I would express if there was pain or discomfort. Planning to return back.

I went for a prenatal massage today with Jeremy. It was a wonderful experience. He was incredibly knowledgable and tuned into the treatment. It was the perfect balance of relaxing in quiet and also checking in to see if there was anything I'd like changed. He treated my TMJ which I've had for years and can be painful or easily triggered if over done - it was perfect. He kindly reminded me to breathe (I have a lot of trouble relaxing) which I definitely needed to optimize the treatment. All around super caring and friendly energy while allowing you to relax and get a top technique treatment. Looking forward to my next my next massage, I highly recommend!

I grew up with my father as a massage therapist that studied the subject for most of his life so I am coming from experience when I say James is an amazing RMT with great communication and execution in massage. Has helped me at two separate times. Best massage I have ever had from any practioner highly recommended. Guaranteed you will leave feeling better mind and body.

Good precautions taken by sports medicine as per covid guidelines, friendly and professional staff and quick response, over mail, bit expensive for massage therapy $$ compare other massage center. So if someone planning for massage here pls shop aroun before coming here.Thanks

Alexandra is such an amazing RMT. She saw me for all my prenatal massages and always remembered everything I had told her about sore areas of my body and made me feel comfortable by providing pillows etc. She really dedicates herself to the needs of her clients. Each time my session was done I felt so good, never complained of the same aches and pains again. I highly recommend Alexandra for all massage needs!!!
