Don't let the outside fool you, probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in oshawa. Fresh, friendly and not badly priced.

Fantastic quantity and quality food! My family loved it. The best prices I've seen. The curried shrimp could use more shrimp. But the New Globe is in trouble with food this good around! (Edit Aug 2018: The New Globe closed or changed their name).

Have ordered from restaurant for delivery several times, for two.BBQ ribs received (Mar 18, 2023) were DISGUSTING! Tasted days old and on verge of being spoiled. Will never order again. Ruined entire meal for us.Sweet and sour chicken is delicious. No doughy batter but lightly battered thick pieces of chicken. Sauce is not too sweet.Fried rice is always not fried long enough. Similar to having regular, soft rice -- that's okay if that's what you are expecting.Beef and broccoli consistently good. Vegetables fresh and crispy.Soups have not disappointed us.

Just ordered dinner for 5. What an excellent value for your money. The chicken balls and chop suey are so delicious. Delivery was so quick and very polite both on the phone and delivery. Would 100% order again and if you want great tasting food and save money I would definitely order from Family Wok Oshawa.

I have ordered from Family Wok several times now. The food is hot, fresh and delicious. Staff on the phone and delivery person are always pleasant. I will never order Chinese food from anywhere else. An excellent experience!!

Hands down the worst Chinese food I have EVER had. Ordered the family meal for 3. I actually felt like I was robbed with what I got for the price. All rice and cheap veggies, along with bits of very sketchy rubbery grey chicken" . The egg rolls with the grayish brown filling made me feel like vomiting when I looked inside it. Food ( if you could call it that) was bland
