Amazing service and great for anyone in Sudbury who is trying to get an appointment soon and not a month from now. I drove here because the Sudbury office had no appointments until the new year. Highly recommend the 45 min drive to go get your passport checked over. Thank you!

I had applied for E I in May, 27, 2022 still waiting for my claim, Service Canada is horrible getting things done ,worked 22yrs apply once then get run around make me sick these people ready to give up on them terrible i tell you

the gentleman at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. he gets a 5 star. the lady that works there with the brown hair bangs and shoulder length hair gets a -5. i dont think ive ever met someone as miserable and with as much attitude. she should learn the definition of friendly service" from her coworker!"
