We've just had blinds installed in our kitchen and dining room by Fasada and are delighted with the results. Lissa helped us to choose the perfect colours and Dwayne installed them quickly and efficiently. Both were friendly, helpful and fully aware of covid protocols. In summary... a great experience

We have had Fasada replace all 18 + windows and doors for us since they began as the ‘Travelling Window Store’ about 20 years ago. Ivica’s expertise, knowledgeable suggestions and precise dimensions have been spot on. His installers, Tony and Rick are outstanding and are always a pleasure to have around as they work diligently and professionally , (with no breaks..their choice) until the job is perfected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them…

This business underpromise and overdelivers. They were able to install them much sooner than promised, and did a great job at it. In addition, the price was very reasonable.You may feel some smell afterwards, probably the foam insulation, but after a day the smell is less noticable. I expect it may take 4-5 days to dissipate completely.I am attaching some photos. Great work, love the new windows, thank you again.

I am going through the worst customer service experience. First of all Fasada's sales person does not have a cell phone and second when we go to their office girls would take your message and send an email to the sales person Lissa. You are lucky if you get the email back or phone call back. Installer came in with the blinds. He was not well equipped to install the top blinds and then the factory did not send the right blinds. Installer sent the blinds back to the factory and now we have been waiting over 9 days to get those installed. Very disappointed. A total wait of 8 weeks have gone by and we paid 50% advance and yet the order has not been delivered. We were promised 3 weeks for the job. Still waiting for this nightmare to end.

We purchased Eclipse shutters from Fasada about 1-1/2 years ago. As I was opening them this morning, I said to myself how I just love our shutters. Fasada were very professional in their sales and installation, and I would highly recommend both Fasada and the Eclipse window shutters.

They installed a $10000 door. The initial installer said that it was not constructed properly. They’ve sent 3 different people to assess the situation. I think they were hoping someone would say it’s fine, but all 3 said it was installed incorrectly and the door needs to be repaired. The door was installed November 5, it’s February and we have yet to have anything happen other than multiple appointments that require days off work to meet with their people to say that the project is not done well. Is anyone going to ever fix my $10000 door?? They take your money and run and don’t care about service or quality.

Incredible service! From beginning to the end, the service was impeccable! Ivaca came in and measured when he said he would. Measured twice to make sure! Tony and Richard, the installers, were very professional, polite and clean! They did an incredible job with NO mess! We love our Bay Window and will certainly use Fasada Windows again and refer! Natalie at the office is very helpful and professional. All round great company!

Endlessly researching spare parts for our old plantation shutters in our home, I met Natalie at Fasada. She was most gracious, knowledgeable, friendly and determined to assist. We could not believe the service levels and cooperation. Even during the covid pandemic, Natalie researched on our behalf to come up with the exact parts we needed and maintained constant communication. It was not an easy task, nor of any financial gain for Fasada. We are not Fasada clients, but after meeting her and our experience, are planning to get some window coverings for our living/dining space and front entrance. When I picked up the clips, I noted the creatively designed space and aura of well-being their office emanated. I am most certain they will create that same essence in my home. I am most excited to get to work with the team.

We used Fasada to remove current window coverings and install Shutters throughout our entire home. We began the process in August, 2022 and it was finally completed in late January, 2023. In summary, the service from Fasada does not even remotely match the expense. Multiple errors were made that required multiple visits (at least 10 visits) requiring us (home owners) to frequently take time off work. We had to schedule the installer for each visit on our own which proved to be extremely cumbersome. The designer from Fasada, Lissa, expressed shock, awe and disappointment with the services we had received. However, each time we described our dissatisfying experiences, she simply apologized and assured us that this never ever happens". When we requested compensation for our experience we were offered $400 off of our $20 000 purchase. Nobody from Fasada
