Castello Resto Lounge
The ceasar salad was a travesty to human kind. One random caper found in it. Whole salad was made up of salad ENDS; the white parts that no one likes. The nuts were so disappointing, on the top, there were 4 krikri and a couple corns which we love and in the rest of the bowl we couldn’t find anymore of them! The hummus was delicious ! Fries were insane with the spice they put on top. Fried meat and cheese type of bread was 10/10. Shisha was well done. Service was great. Overall some things were amazing and some things sucked. I’d still go again

I go to this restaurant often and not only is the food great, the servers are so accommodating. One server knows my order every time and it's such a nice touch especially after a long day. Keep up the great work!

The service is horrible, the worker (he has long hair) who welcomes the clients has a very bad attitude and every time we go there we don’t feel welcomed by him. The food is overpriced but it’s good.

Everything is good, service and food but the sound of music is too loud. Several people are complaining about the sound. After all we go to chat there and have a nice meal with a shisha. I heard the same comment from more than 20 persons..Even when there is a mma match, same thing, sound is too loud.Other than that everything is A1.

It’s been over 3 years that I go here, and my experience is always A1. The service is always top notch, the food is very good, and the staff is very friendly. It’s a great place to come with friends to talk, to laugh… I recommend this place to everyone!

Castello Resto Lounge
My go-to sheesha spot whenever I’m in Montreal. The place is nice and clean and definitely has a nice vibe. The food was very tasty and they also had some unique drinks as well. The customer service was also on point when I went in and treated our group very nicely. The sheesha was also very good compared to the other sheesha spots in the city (although they ran out of most flavours, so if you’re looking for a particular flavour maybe call in advance to see if they have it). Will definitely be coming back here.

Shisha used to be better. The waiter brought me the shisha with three charcoals, it was fine the first three puffs. I asked him to change the tables. As soon as I got to the new table, it was already burnt. When I told the guy, he said: yes lol it's normal. As if I had no idea how to smoke. I argued to have my shisha changed. Food there is great even though it's overpriced. Honestly, with all the new shisha places opening up, it's the last time I'm going there.
