Not satisfied with some of their products, quality is not good of some nail paint brushs it changed their shape which is hard to apply nail paint with bending brushes after couple uses and GND top gel coat gets dry so fast. I don't know why but my other products like DND top coat sitting on same place are fine.

Great place to shop for your nail salon! Wide range of nail products and prices are very reasonable, even cheaper than other places! Staffs are helpful and very funny. Yearly membership required for $10 or if you carry any licenses in beauty industry its gonna be free membership!

I paid for the membership not too long ago and now they couldn't find my account, asked me to pay 30% on top of the labelled prices? Im thinking they're expecting me to pay for another membership every single time I visit.

The lack of understanding, empathy, and basic customer service skills demonstrated by the staff member were truly appalling.As a calm and patient customer, I attempted to explain my query in a polite and respectful manner, but instead of reciprocating that professionalism, the staff member raised her voice in an aggressive manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the basic principles of customer service.What compounded my frustration was the complete lack of support or intervention from other employees or management present at the store. Not only did no one come to my aid or attempt to diffuse the situation, but there was also no apology extended to me for the inappropriate behavior I had endured. As a paying customer and a member of the store, I expected to be treated with respect and dignity, but unfortunately, that was not the case.It is disheartening that despite being a loyal customer and a member, I was met with such mistreatment and hostility. Even when I apologized for any potential misunderstandings due to my limited English proficiency, the staff member showed no remorse or offered any form of apology in return. This lack of accountability and refusal to take responsibility for her actions only added insult to injury.As a result of this distressing encounter, I have decided not to patronize Secret Nail & Beauty Supply ever again. It is disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior and to be subjected to mistreatment when all I sought was assistance and a pleasant shopping experience.I strongly urge the management of Secret Nail & Beauty Supply to address this issue promptly and ensure that their staff members are trained in proper customer service etiquette. I read the bad reviews and I was afraid to come in to pick up my online order, but everything went fantastic! The girl who helped me get my order was very kind, and the other associates were nice as well. Went in, picked up my order, and came back out in less than 5 minutes. They have an insane selection of product and have pretty much every nail-related thing you could need. Awesome customer service and painless online order pickup process!

The range of products is great, but you can only buy if you are a member of the store. I just got the information when I was about to buy, and not by the door or something like that

They have better prices than any other store which I have been to in Surrey area. I got 1 gallon of monomer for 100$ and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
