The woman on the phone gave me two appointment times that didn't work for my schedule and then hung up on me mid-sentence. Extremely rude, I won't be going here.

Been going here since March and I love, love, LOVE it! Usually go to Nikki, who is amazing!! But I went to Kevin last night and he was amazing as well! Great staff, really make you feel comfortable with the conversation, I did not feel awkward at all. Great service and prices. If this salon isn't your go to, it should be!

First time going there had Dana do my hair she was great! Very friendly with great prices. She did such a good job I rebooked for 8 weeks!

I was going to this place for about a year. My original hairstylist left and I tried a new stylist. I made an appointment before Christmas - with open availability, not being “squeezed” in - I arrived for my appointment on time. I saw someone sitting in her chair and the stylist said she’d only be a few minutes. After waiting 20 min, I looked over and realized she had JUST started a client’s foils when I walked in! I went up to her and said I would have to reschedule as I only had an hour to get my hair cut as I had to get someone to watch my little ones at home. All she said was “okay”. The owner was right there also and didn’t even care. No follow up from anyone. Definitely will not be returning here. They clearly don’t care about the “little guy” just getting a simple hair cut. Save your money and go to the many other salons in town that will actually care about you.

What a wonderful salon. Melissa took my last minute appointment, did a great job on high and lowlights which I love. I'm only sorry I don't live in Saint John to make her my regular stylist. Highly recomend this place and will be back one day.
