Friendly, helpful staff always ready to help the next customer. Staff are more than mere inventory puppets as well. They are knowledgeable and so far have always been able to help me with the right answer to increasingly complicated issues I show up with needing a part or product to fix. Happy return customer. 9/10 times they have what I need. And the 1 time they dont; they can order it in by tomorrow!Thanks guys and gals!

Constantly let down by this location. Multiple times they’ve told me they ordered my parts from warehouse yet i never receive a call, and when I ask about them, there’s no recollection of me needing them. Lots of trips and plans thrown in the trash thanks to that.

Dear Lordco,I do not know if you have heard of the internet, but it is this very interesting resource that allows people to shop around for pricing. Charging people more money than it is worth for parts is no longer a viable business model to expect to practice under in this day in age. I was just given your best price" of 230 dollars for a part for my vehicle

Staff is knowledgeable and nice. Super accommodating and gender is not an issue. First time I have encountered this. Being female, I tend to get treatment like I am a dumb girl. Not here though. They treat everyone equally and kindly. If they don't know something, they don't bs you, but find someone who knows. I totally respect these people. Decent prices as well. Thanks for years of service Lordco Parksville! (They even found me a part that was almost extinct, fought for it and won.) These people saved my bacon many a time.

Worst customer service anywhere. It amazes me that you can stand in front of a desk clerk and be completely ignored (after graciously letting the guy behind me check out his 2 items). The clerk then wandered off with her cell phone only to return a few minutes later to fiddle with something on the counter while still completely ignoring me. I’d rather drive from Qualicum to NAPA in Courtenay and will from now on.
