Open Heart Counselling
I have been seeing Lyris through Open Heart Counselling for almost 2 years now. I have learned the tools that I need to have more authentic relationships with my friends and family, how to work through the struggles and hard times, how stay confident in myself, and how to stay true to what I believe in. I am beyond thankful for Lyris. She has truly changed my life and I am thriving now because of her!
