Chris understood our needs and did a great job of picking suitable travel insurance for us. He was prompt and professional. We used the travel insurance from our credit card for part of the trip too. When our trip was cancelled due to COVID19, the insurance Chris sold us refunded our money promptly. The credit card insurance will not. Next time we will insure the entire trip through Chris. I would highly recommend Chris and HotWinters.ca.

Barry was very helpful in a number of ways, first navigating us through our options regarding Covid coverage and annual policies. Then again when we had to cancel our trip he promptly arranged to cancel the policy and we got a full refund. When we do travel next we know exactly what we want and need, and who we will contact!That is incredible service and he just gained a lifetime customer!

Once again Barry and Jessica were very helpful at our renewal.Barry was extremely helpful and patient as I worked my way through our first travel insurance policy. Much better than trying to do it online (as some companies force you to) especially when you are not familiar with all the terms -- especially terms that are specific to a company's policy.

2022-Nov-24 Update:Wanting a second opinion, about 2 weeks ago, I applied to MediQuote (through Canadian Snowbird Association). I just received a very short call in which my insurance was declined. Yet HotWinters had already set me up with insurance. I wish to re-iterate, Barry provides personal, caring service at reasonable prices.
