Super often pushes repairs till something bad happens such as apartments being flooded ect, building is in need of many repairs, however it is a quiet, family friendly building.

Worst place I’ve ever lived it’s dirty and smells, with mold everywhere. We had many issues with the landlord but the worst was when we found bedbugs. He refused to do anything about it.
