Mr. Friedman defended me in a criminal case which really effected my life. I contacted this firm and the consultation was GREAT, but a few weeks later I was ready to hire a lawyer for their services and I never received a call back. I tried using the chat a few days later but I didn't get an answer after the first initial hello, so I tried following up with an email after the chat disconnected from waiting.This isn't the professionalism I would expect from a law firm. I had settled that I wanted to use their services but had to search for a lawyer elsewhere.
