Roma's Hospitality Centre

If your using this place for a conference, get together or wedding reception.. think twice. Unless it's a very, very good price I wouldn't use it. It's Tucked behind Dixie road along side many commercial truck dealerships. So pics are an out!! The servers have little to no experience. Even the entrance is kinda ghetto. The bathrooms haven't been updated since President Ford. And very little parking.Pay the extra and get something better.

Janet is a pleasure to work with. We had a wonderful experience from planning and the actual day that the bridal shower happened. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. The food was fantastic. All the guests enjoyed it. Thank you once again for all your help.

Just had my daughter's Quinceanera at Roma's this past weekend and I can't say enough about how well the staff treated us. Janet was absolutely amazing to deal with before the event and was always ready and willing to answer any questions I had. Joseph was also very attentive during our event and kept popping in to make sure everything was ok. We had such an amazing event. Thank you Roma's Hospitality Centre! You get 5 stars from me!

Overall, we are very happy to have hosted our wedding at Roma's.1. Decor - while Roma's is not located in the most picturesque place (industrial looking area), the building itself is well maintained and beautifully renovated. The hallway and room were clean and well kept. Bathrooms were clean too. We had a Christmas wedding and the holiday decor was tasteful. The table and chair set-up was done as we had discussed prior. Coat check was available at no cost, as was ample parking.We had the bigger room which fit our 150 guests with plenty of space to spare - you can easily fit at least 200-300 people there.The smaller room was also hosting a wedding but we did not hear or see the other party since the rooms and entrances are separate. The dance floor was more than enough for our guests.2. Food and Drink - the food and bar were good, however the food arrived over an hour later than scheduled which meant that appetizers had to hold people off for longer than planned. With that said, once the food arrived it was good. The tasting was also pricey, but the staff accommodated us and took our review to heart.3. Staff - we planned most of our wedding with Joseph, communicated with Janet, and also had the pleasure of meeting Albert the day-of - all staff were professional and accommodating. There were a few months after we booked the venue that communications were difficult, emails took weeks to get answered and calls weren't returned, however all issues and concerns were sorted out eventually. Prior to the wedding, Roma's helped us accommodate performers (dancers and musicians) that we were going to have at our wedding. On the day of the wedding, servers were polite and professional, and Joseph and Albert were attentive and easy to reach. Both gentlemen brought concerns to my attention and addressed issues appropriately throughout the evening - for this I was very thankful.All-in-all, I was happy that we decided to host our wedding at Roma's - I wouldn't have it any other way.

My daughter’s Bridal Shower was beautiful! The venue was lovely and very clean, the food delicious and the customer experience second to none!My initial contact was with Joe who provided all the information I needed at the outset. He left me feeling like I didn't have to worry about a single thing because I would be in capable hands! And as questions arose during the negotiations process, he & his team were very flexible in adjusting to my evolving needs and wants. I was impressed to see him on-site the morning of the event, to greet me and to ensure everything was proceeding as planned.Janet was my main contact during the planning stage and was incredibly accommodating, flexible and focused on ensuring all my needs were met and my many questions answered. Her attention to detail and her genuine kindness did not go unnoticed and I could not have pulled off a successful event without her.Ronaldo, our head waiter on the day of the event, was very responsive to my every request and to my guests. He and the wait staff were always professional, efficient and thorough.I would not hesitate to use their services again – Roma’s gets a 5 out of 5 from me!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding at Roma’s this September and couldn’t have had a better experience. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic we had to postpone our date twice to allow our overseas guests to attend. The Roma’s staff were extremely accommodating both times. We understandably accepted a price increase, which was the case for all of our vendors, including our honeymoon. Both the food (especially their lasagna and filet mignon!), service, venue atmosphere and cleanliness were all outstanding and still today we continue to receive compliments from our guests. Special thank you to Janet for her continued assistance and attention to detail. My husband and I look forward to hosting many more events with here!

Roma's Hospitality Centre is a beautiful venue to have your wedding (or any other event) at. Janet, one of the coordinators, was very helpful all along the way. Their food is absolutely fantastic and they offer a lot of variety! It was clear that they did whatever they could to make sure our wedding day would be just as we wanted it to be. After 3 years of waiting for this wedding, the reception was perfect. Their team communicated well with our planner on the day-of to bring us the best.

We recently had a large corporate party at Roma, and they were so accommodating and just a pleasure to make plans with. It seemed nothing was too difficult and although we had a few last minute changes, they took them with a smile. I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend their services for your next event.

I recently hosted a family event at Roma's Hospitality Centre that I had to plan in a matter of days. Despite the short notice, Janet went above and beyond to help me coordinate everything seamlessly. Her kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional, and I felt like she genuinely cared about making our event special.On the day of the event, the staff at Roma's continued to exceed my expectations. The service was incredibly attentive and prompt, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Joseph (the owner), who was on site during the event, felt like a member of our family by the end of our lunch.In addition to the exceptional service, the venue itself is beautiful, and the food was delicious. They also helped us with several food allergies.I highly recommend Roma's banquet hall for any event you may be planning. The venue, staff, and food are top-notch. I'm so grateful to have found them and I will definitely be going back for future events. Thank you Roma's!!
