Went to the new revamped KFC on Dundas last night. Got a 10 piece bucket. It contained 5 drumsticks 2 wings 2 thighs (one must have been from a pigeon) and 1 side breast. All for just the price $34.23. Wow what a deal! We’ll never return to that establishment again.

It's unfortunate that you get different answers / service every time you come to this location.We have never had issues subbing gravy in instead of drinks, and now it seems it depends on who's working on whether or not this is allowed.

Ordered on the website and drove to the store just to find out they are out of chicken. Surprisingly, I'm fine with that, I understand supply issues from my own work experience. However, they can't cancel or refund me apparently. They told me to cancel the order and I checked on the website from my phone and I don't have a cancellation option. My only choice was to take substitution for the chicken, which was the one thing I wanted.This is the first time I've had KFC here since this place reopened and it will be my last time. Not because they were out of chicken, but I refuse to believe there was no option on their side to either cancel my order or refund me

I couldn't believe how many bugs were flying around inside the store if I would have noticed it before ordering I would have just walked out. I haven't even see bugs outside this year but there were at least 100 flying around the cashier counter who knows how many were around were they are preparing food it was disgusting

We ordered through the drive thu. We ordered two famous chicken boxes and requested no drinks. They missed the fries, missed one popcorn chicken, gave us drinks, and gave spicy chicken when original was requested.These people do not listen, or do not understand what their customers are requesting.Not a pleasant experience.

Ordered, for it to be delivered by 5pm per their email to me. By 5:30pm I was calling them about my order. Was stuck speaking with their call centre, as their number was “busy” well over more than 100 calls to the store. Pretty sure they just took the phone off the hook.Ordered through kfc app, but an hour after delivery time, it arrived by a skip the dishes driver. Was barely warm, and mediocre at best. Their call centre says that credits to an order can only be provided by the store making the food; which is impossible when they take their phone off the hook. Wil NEVER order from here again, unless I feel like waiting 2 hours for cold food, after paying $100.00.

Ordered a 2 piece with fries for $10. Had about 10 cold fries and two small pieces of chicken. Waited 15 minutes for the food and didn't give us our drink cups. Had high hopes this would be good, but won't be returning.
