Always unpleasant to talk to doctor al shakmans secretary. She is always very rude and condescending and will never do anything to try and help you in the slightest. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone ever. Worst experience I had to get 3 different doctors notes from dr al shakman because he didn’t provide enough information on any of them. Even had to pay full price for every note even though it was not my fault.

This is NOT a walk in clinic! You must be referred by a doctor within their group and good luck with that! Please change your advertising as a Walk In Clinic.

Should update the phone number for the walk in clinic I called the number and it had nothing to do with the walk in clinic it was for life labs. I am not impressed as I was calling to make sure that they were open and I could see a doctor.

Update your hours, it’s not open on the weekend and says 9-5 Monday to Friday on their website. They also have this sign on the door (post in the photos section on google)? Doesn’t needing a doctors referral defeat the purpose of a walk in clinic?
