Several good experiences with Sherwood Kia since moving to Sherwood Park. They serviced my vehicle / installed a block heater. Scheduling was easy & accurate. Pricing fair. Staff responsive. Lastly, when the service rep saw that I was calling an Uber to get home after dropping off my vehicle, he insisted on giving me a ride home himself.Good people, straight forward & honest.

I just bought a Kia Stinger from Ravi at Sherwood Kia. I'm from Saskatchewan but couldn't find what I wanted, so I contacted these guys. They obtained the car I wanted and did most of the work over the phone. Ravi, Cassidee, and Alex were wonderful to deal with and helped in every way they could. Ravi was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. He was also quick to deal with any issues I had. I couldn't be happier with the car and with the sales transaction itself. Max nailed it!We had narrowed our car search down to a Sorento at Sherwood Kia and another SUV at another local dealership. I liked both vehicles but the service level at Sherwood Kia was the thing that could not be compared, service wise they were off the chart!Max contacted me as soon as I inquired, the same day he let me take 3 of the vehicles on a test drive and knew I was still undecided between 1 there and one at a competitor. There was no pressure from Max, he knew I had to come to the conclusion of my preference myself but offered support every step of the way.Nothing was too much trouble for Max, he is all in and you can tell that his clients mean a lot to him and it’s not just a job, we got to know Max well in such a short space of time.We were then introduced to the finance team, where Robbie and Joanna were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took their time with us, we didn’t feel rushed and again there wasn’t a pressurised sale, they provided us with our options and made it happen.We also met one of the managers there, sadly I can’t remember his name but he was so great too, he made a conscious effort to come and greet us personally at a revisit and gave us such a warm welcome throughout our experience.We didn't purchase the most expensive vehicle in the dealership by any means, because we wanted a shorter repayment option, but our service level was not compromised for buying a used vehicle over a brand new one.We have dealt with several local dealerships over the years, one more recently, with a truck purchase at a different dealership just a few months ago which hasn’t ended up in a positive outcome, so we were nervous to be car shopping after that, but Sherwood Kia made sure our experience from start to finish was nothing but flawless.Thank you Max, Robbie and Joanna and the rest of the team for great customer service!
