My boyfriend recently bought a 2017 STI from renfrew, the team was nice and very helpful getting him into his vehicle, since buying the car a month ago we’ve had numerous problems with it & no one is getting back to him to get it looked at or fixed, the clutch is going, and has been since we got it, the speakers are blown, the brake is grinding and the ac doesn’t work. funny how the clutch isn’t covered under warranty, it’s like they knew it was going but proceeded to sell a 40,000 dollar car with no coverage for it, i myself was looking at buying a car from them but the terrible customer service has completely changed my mind, this is unacceptable and we’re both super unhappy, going to look into a return policy as we don’t want a vehicle with this many problems for the price he’s paying for it. i absolutely would never recommend renfrew to anyone. if i could give them a 0 star i would.

After searching online and seeing that only Renfrew had the exact vehicle I wanted, I went in to check it out and was helped by Tylor. We did all the standard stuff like test drive, and all that. But when it came to pricing and payments, Tylor did absolutely everything he possibly could to get the payment where I needed it to be. He was very creative with his deal making abilities and wanting to get it right for me. The same goes for Stefan, the finance person, he did the same. Really great crew at Renfrew and I walked away an extremely happy customer with my new 2022 Durango! Thank guys!

Staff at Renfrew made our transition into a more family practical vehicle for us so smooth, Lewis our sales person went above and beyond what he had to, keeping our little entertained (since no kid wants to spend time at a dealership) to taking the time to get to know his customers on a personal level. I recently had the misfortune of visiting this place and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.First of all, the customer service was abysmal. The salespeople were incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by even stepping foot in the dealership. They had zero knowledge about the cars they were selling and couldn't answer any of my questions. It was as if they were reading off a script without any real understanding of the products they were supposed to be selling.But that's not the worst part. The cars themselves were in terrible condition. I had done my research and had a specific model in mind, but when I arrived, the car they showed me was a complete wreck. It had dents, scratches, and the interior was filthy. It was clear that they had made no effort to properly inspect or prepare the vehicle for sale. It was a total waste of my time and energy.To add insult to injury, the pricing was completely unreasonable. They were trying to charge me way above the market value for the poor quality car they were offering. It was obvious they were trying to take advantage of unsuspecting customers who didn't know any better. I felt like I was being scammed.Lastly, when it came time to negotiate, they were unwilling to budge on the price or offer any incentives. It was a take-it-or-leave-it attitude, as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase their subpar vehicle. I walked out of the dealership feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely ripped off.In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this worst dealership in Canada. The unprofessional staff, low-quality cars, exorbitant prices, and lack of customer care make it a complete disaster. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable dealership that actually values its customers.

My family and I purchased a used vehicle from here today. The sales team of Liam and Moe were very kind and respectful and I felt like we were all working together to get a deal done that was fair for both parties. This is in contrast to a few past experiences at other dealerships where it felt like buyer versus salesperson.They gave me top dollar for my trade in and addressed some minor issues with the vehicle that I purchased. They delivered on their word and I am very happy with the vehicle and the overall buying experience.One minor issue was that the detailers didn't move the rear seats forward and backward while cleaning so it is still in need of a thorough detail, something that they said they would take care of in the future. It's a minor inconvenience but I will follow up with them in the future and update this review accordingly.Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and would purchase from them again in the future.

Came in to Renfrew in search of a work truck and finally came across a sales team that was transparent and went above and beyond. The floor manager Moe helped me source the perfect truck for my company, start to finish he made the whole process easy. Worked well within my budget and helped ensure it was ready when I needed it by. Definitely recommend Renfrew, thanks Moe.
