Today was my first time visiting this barbershop and I have nothing but good to say about my experience. Stacey, the stylist, was incredibly friendly and really took the time to ensure that my cut was as I wanted - not a detail was left out. The administration person at the front desk was equally as nice and helpful. I felt my money was well-spent for the services provided and I look forward to returning again. It’s safe to say that I’ve found my new go-to shop.

After 11 days of work I had a hard-won day off and decided I needed a little bit of pampering. I had never been to a barbershop before, usually sticking to salons or whatever is on hand.Initially I was a little disappointed with the décor, I was maybe expecting a little more cigar shop but got an upscale looking but straight forward salon. Still this would remain the biggest weak point of Roosters.From the moment I sat down in the chair the experience began to turn around. The chair is bigger than most chairs and much more comfortable, it's a chair you could be in for hours. My barber took the few amateur directions I could give and immediately knew what I was looking for. She took her time with the cut and trim, never letting a sense of rush or indecision creep through, she was confident and practiced.I never thought a haircut could be an experience but between that, my beard trim, and the shampoo and hot-towel treatment I left feeling like a million bucks. Tax and (20%) tip it was my most expensive haircut at $60 but it definitely felt worth it. Shy of a hot stone back massage there wasn't much Roosters could have done to make me more relaxed and confident.It also proved heart-warming as several father's and their young sons were in for the haircut combo. Roosters is certainly courting this demographic and having that experience with a child is certainly something any current or prospective father would rightfully aspire to.I'll be back for sure.

Teen son gets his hair cut at this location. Always happy with the results. They are respectful of what he wants. Would love for cost to be a few dollars cheaper.

Got my hair cut by Stephenie, she did a absolutely great job. I live on the other side of Canada, but if I ever visit again and need a trim I’ll be back!Wonderful service.

Honestly first time going as i just moved here from another province definitely won’t be going to another barber shop.. Jess did an amazing job took her time an I left with the hair cut I wanted … my last barber I had cut my hair for 15 years so definitely found my new barber shop.. thanks Jess
