This girl is AMAZING! I hold a ton of stress in my neck and shoulders and it causes headaches and a lot of pain. She did something and pressure pointed a few spots and it was instant relief. HIGHLY recommend Zen Paradise for all your wellness needs. And. Something I didnt know until today, servers and everyone who spends tons of time on your feet... she has an add on that will pamper those tootsies ;) Totally taking that one up next time!

Taylor is so great at what she does and is SO so sweet! She makes you feel super comfortable, and knows what she is doing. Her room is also SO cute and smells amazing (mmm essential oils). She also has incredible prices, even offering 1 monday a month at a discount to those without benefits. I highly recommend her for all of your massage needs!! 100% will be back!

Taylor is absolutely amazing, I have had the pleasure of having several different styles of massage from her and each one is consistently incredible. Whether it's a deep tissue, raindrop or hot stone, she has the magic touch!! Zen doesn't even begin to describe how I felt when leaving the studio today!

Taylor is always calm, accommodating, and professional. Her massage space is warm and relaxing and I feel very comfy and taken care of during my massages. I have gotten many massages done by her, as well in the past when pregnant, and no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend!

As a beginner and I mean first time doing yoga, Taylor was amazing. Taylor explained every step very calmly and relaxing. Taylor ensured we didn’t over stretch and signs to look for. I will definitely be doing more yoga with Taylor.
