I'm taking a star off my original review. I would give one star, but the rate I'm getting is pretty good (thanks again to previous management when we moved in). Speaking purely in terms of the maintenance and upkeep though, it would be zero if that was an option. No cleaning or landscaping is done, ever. It was nice when I moved in under previous management a year and half ago, but it's falling to pieces now...

Have lived here since May 2015, rent is reasonable however maintenance and upkeep(repairs etc) is minimal at best. The various increases as mentioned by Nathan Andrews seem profit oriented. The current manager, Raj" is a nice fellow but seems totally unaware of the rules and methodology of implementing rental increases in the regulated manner. Our apartment(#41- 7180 Pandora street) is in need of major repairs(carpets

Rent is very reasonable but the upkeep of the property is horrible. Landscaping never gets done and they don’t even turn on the heat in the winter.

My review regarding overall upkeep under the new management/ownership echo's the sentiment in the other reviews here. I've had to file a dispute for noise (party) complaints and balcony smoking affecting 'quiet enjoyment' under the RTA. Police have showed up multiple times in the past from tenant calls and neighbours. My review here is guarded for legal reasons, but is accurate and truthful.
