Small selection but a good one. Didn't let me bring my mom into the store due to covid groups which was too bad but they did help. Great place for lace but not so much for embossed fabric. Came back another time and found fabric of exactly the colour I needed. Checked other fabric stores with no luck. They are very welcoming and warm.

9x out of 10 im buying my fabric from here. The customer service is impeccable, they're prompt to reply to all my Inquiries and concerns. The shipping omg! Fastest I have ever experienced. The selection and quality are among the best.I live in bc, I recieve items quicker from these guys then I do from another fabric store ive ordered from with delivery and they're in the next town over.

I have been really wanting to try the little store out. Passed it on my way in taxis. I finally stopped in. I am ver glad i did. I walked out afterwards with 3 mink blankets and lots of material. They very helpfull in showing you which fabric were on sale. Etc. Very friendly. The place is small but it is filled to the ceiling with fabric.

Google helped me find this place. A diamond in the wrough, as i always passed by it but never really paid much attention to the buildings. I had been looking for a very specific fabric for a while now and even checked out other small local and cultural stores. I could finally end my search here. They have fabrics for variety of cultures. I will definitely be returning to Overseas Fashion as first stop for fabric. The owners were very nice and helpful. They pointed out discounted stuff as well.
