Had some bodywork done here. They did an awesome job. Looks brand new. Really impressed that they cleaned up an unrelated door ding and cleaned my car. Very fine work. Will recommend Precision to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work and thanks!!!

I approched them to repair my damaged motorhome through insurance.I phoned them in October of 2022 and they couldn't even look at it until middle of February 2023. I had to get insurance to drive it to them for the estimate. After the estimate I contacted the advisor Todd about mid March and left three messages. He did not return any of my calls. Fortunately my insurance adjuster was able to give me the name of an independent auto/motorhome repair guy who did the job on time and did an amazing job.

The folks at Fenders are truly amazing people, they're workmanship as well as customer care is second to none. Both my girlfriend and I have taken out vehicles to Fenders several times and they have done an excellent job every time. I owe them a huge thanks for all the help they gave me when the engine on my car gave out. I took it to them to have it diagnosed, naturally with diagnosing an engine issue they had to take it apart. Unfortunately, I was told my engine was toast. That was about four hours labour, but being the kind and generous they only charged me two hours labour just to cut me a break. To top it off they let me park it there for an entire week until I arranged for a tow. So If your looking for reliability, great customer service, and excellent mechanical work give them a shot. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.Thanks Fenders!

WOW! What service! I went to Prestige to get winter tires, on my car, on my son-in-laws advice (he now works there) and was I ever surprised, and pleased as punch! They did a fantastic job on the tires………and then they totally detailed the inside of the car! It looks brand new! Thank you so much guys. That was waaaaay over the top service!

This is a GREAT company! Not only did they effect an ‘emergency repair’ in the middle of my busy day, but when I came back the next day for a permanent fix, they smiled and sorted me out in no time at all. Kudos to Marty, and especially Todd for their kindness, understanding, and FANTASTIC WORK!!

Hands down best customer service EVER! I needed the windshield replaced in my Jeep Grand Cherokee but was on a timeline due to my work schedule. The windshield was ordered out of Province and replaced in my vehicle within 24 hours WOW. I would recommend this company for any type of vehicle or RV work. Thanks for making my first experience at Fenders a great one. I also noticed they sell tires at cost!!! :)

Did not follow through with promise to complete warranty work after the paint job they performed blistered and peeled. I've contacted them numerous times and they do not return my calls. I'm not one to post negative Google reviews but in this case I feel consumers need to know of my poor experience with Fenders.

Very friendly staff who went above what I expected with a small ICBC claim repair. They were very knowledgeable and the work quality was impressive! Not only did I get my car back repaired but CLEAN plus a small windshield chip filled!! Thumbs up for sure!!!

I contacted Bruce about last minute installing two (owner supplied) shocks on the back of my RV. I had limited time (2 hrs) and Bruce gave me a choice of two appointment days and said he'd make it happen. My RV was immediately on the hoist, shocks installed, and ready to go in a little over an hour. Amazing customer service at Fenders from all involved. Will definitely be my go-to shop for RV work!
