Kiara is a phenomenal hair stylist. I had my second appointment with her and again she works her magic and delivers exactly what I imagined without even showing an inspo pic. She is also so kind and makes you feel welcomed during your whole appointment. As someone who has a hard time trusting others with my hair, I am so happy I found her and her talent! 10/10 recommend

I got my hair dyed and cut at this salon in November, and it still looks perfect!! I have visited many salons in the past, and my hair has never looked better; Cassidy did such an incredible job on my hair, giving me the perfect cut and colour. The salon is so clean and extremely Covid friendly, which is very imprint to me. I had such an incredible experience at Wisp Hair Artistry, and everybody was so welcoming and very friendly. People continuously compliment my hair colour, which was seamlessly blended and exactly what I asked for! Overall, it such a great salon, such friendly staff, and I genuinely recommend coming here if you are in the London area.

Kiara does outstanding balayage/blonde work. I always get so many compliments after a visit to the salon. Her attention to detail is amazing and I never feel like she’s rushing. I appreciate her professional opinion when it comes to the health of my hair and when I need vs don’t need a haircut. I have had about 8 appointments with her so far over the last year and I have never left disappointed I have loved my hair every single time! I cant recommend Kiaras services enough! Definitely my stylist until she retires lol. so happy I found her on Instagram a year ago!!! So talented!!

Such a great salon! Grayce is such a talented stylist that makes getting your hair done an enjoyable experience . I always leave so happy with my hair! Highly recommend!!

Should have wrote this review 2 weeks ago.Wisp hair artistry was recommended to me. Which all beauty businesses, that offer such services are mainly based on a word of mouth.I’ve reached out to Kiara for a full hair colour and she had requested a deposit as a new client- which i paid.My appointment was booked for October 20th with Kiara.I came in with lightened bleached hair with dark roots and a demarcation line thats brown with a warm undertone.I wanted to achieve two things:- cover up my greys and I’ve requested double pigment as i have stubborn greys- A nice brown colour that i brought in the formula and inspiration photo with me.I’m very straightforward with what im hoping to achieve ( a warm brown colour! ) yet not a difficult client.Kiara snapped a photo of that formula. And i wanted that colour or similar. Mind you, i was not looking to go from level 1 to 10.My hair is already balyaged before. Neither do i want pink, blue or green hair colour!Kiara gave me a couple of options which was very messy. She very much seemed unsure how to achieve a brown colour on again, already bleached hair with that demarcation line.Option 1: while I’m at the appointment she’ll colour the roots to MATCH the demarcation line/ colour (which again is the brown/reddish colour)Option 2: she doesnt have time to do this today, which again i totally understand.Do partial highlights to achieve the desired colour OR full highlights to achieve again, the desired colour! And then, do a full colour on top. Again, She was very unsure…. And that we need to book highlights and full colour appointment.Option 3: just stick with dark colour, everyones going dark ( perhaps thats the easiest option for her)Since i made the trip to my appointment, I’ve deceived to simply colour the roots to match the demarcation colour.Unfortunately, she did it vice versa. Coloured my roots and the demarcation line to match my root colour( which as noted i have dark roots )I didn’t say anything, but I was in shock and didn’t expect it.Now I’m stuck with a dark colour over already bleached lightened hair!!I’ve booked an appointment to do a root touch up December 19th and closer to Spring we will do both highlights and colour to achieve that colour/ similar.Less than a month has passed and i have an inch of grey hair showing.Reached out again to Kiara, on instagram, with a balyage inspiration, in hopes to achieve a somewhat of a close option. Took her 10 days to reply and then claims that ‘ as previously mentioned’ we cant achieve the colour you want. And that she cant comprise what she’s comfortable doing as a hair stylist.So very unprofessional of a licensed hair stylist that has been her job for 6 years, to:- Take a client in, knowing shes unable to achieve the inspiration colour provided- lie to a client and not be straightforward about how to achieve a hair colour- Colour a clients hair a different colour than what you stated half an hour ago- To reach out to a client on social media to cancel an appointment?? Yikes, what a phenomenal customer service. People pickup the phone, and call clients so perhaps, they don’t leave a very detailed review about their experience.If you believe you’d be compromising what you’re comfortable doing as a licensed hair stylist, then why in the world, would you make a client pay around $200 for their first appointment to begin with?Now that’s what i don’t appreciate. Lies, dishonesty and poor professionalism.This has been my own, personal experience with Kiara

As some what of a picky client at times I am very particular in how I want my hair. I have had my hair done by both Krysta and Cassidy and they have always gone above and beyond for me! Each women at the Salon is knowledgeable and educated, and I know that they take pride in their work and are continuously learning! I have gone to Krysta since day one of living in London ON and have always stuck with her and now, Wisp Hair Artistry. The atmosphere and vibe of the Salon is welcoming, inviting and I love every second I spend in the chair! I've recommended many of my friends here and they too love these ladies just as much!

I cannot express how amazing this salon is and the ladies who make it what it is! My girl Cassidy @the_hairwisperer is a magician when it comes to hair, and I have seen the others work and they are all UNREAL!! If you need to step up your hair game, this is hands down the place to do it. I cannot wait to get back into the chair and brighten up my hair. Lots of love, and nothing but good vibes at this salon!!! xx

I have been a client of Nadia's for 8 years and when she made the move to Wisp, I knew I had to follow and support her new business. The experience at this salon is always like a retreat. They pamper you and make you feel welcomed right as you walk in the door. Besides from the comforting environment, the girls are always friendly and are eager to hear about what is going on in your life. They definitely make it an enjoyable experience. I always leave loving my new hair and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend this amazing salon :)
