These are the best quality spas. They are built very well. The bucket seats are really comfortable and the jets hit all the right places. My spa is very easy to use and the filter system gets the water crystal clear. I would definitely recommend Coast if you are looking for a quality spa experience!

My husband and I recently purchased an Apex B curve spa from Coast Spas and we couldn’t be happier. From the purchase to the delivery and installation to usage, everything has been seamless. The hydrocyclonic filtration system & self cleaning sweeper jets keep it spotless while the volcano jets provide a nice massage and relaxation feature. The multilevel ergonomic seating let’s you choose how immersed in the water you want to be. The lighting and 24” waterfall enhance the experience, especially in the evenings. All of this can be controlled by a touch screen. We would definitely purchase from coast spas again!

Have been a Coast Spas dealer for over 20 years. They make the best, most well built spa out there. Their innovation is top notch as they are first to market with many new features over the years. Warranties and customer service are excellent.

I have owned a coast curved spa for 2.5 years it has spent last time running that it has working. So far I have replaced a pump the spa pack had several leaks. The spa pack now needs to be replaced again and customer service will not talk to only s be me back to the dealer that sold the hottub and no longer is a dealer for Coast Spa. This repair even though under warranty they want me to pay out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. Oh and the bracket for the lifter on the hot-tub has broken twice.

I have been in the spa industry for 17 years. I'm comfortable and confident saying Coast spas overall is incredible in all aspects. Built well, superior product, outstanding customer & dealer support.

I have owned the top of the line spa bought at Coast Spas in Placentia, California and have had less than 10 months, used maybe 12 times, and had to be repaired twice already. I have been waiting over 8 weeks for parts, which must be pvc pipe where leak is, and was told company is way behind and no time could be given when it is in! This is a new spa and I can't even use it! Tried to support small business after COVID and this is what I get! Called headquarters and left messages and never had them returned, sounds like a company ready to belly up, zero stars if they had it! Horrible business model, no customer service or regard for the consumer, sad, be warned!

Initially hot tub was working great when first purchased. HOWEVER, about 2 years after install, started getting error codes that quickly worsened ending in spa breaker tripping. Local retailer removed pump, found that low speed pump wasn't working correctly, and proceeded to work with Coast manufacturer to get it repaired. Repair took 2 1/2 months plus the additional time of getting tech scheduled for initial visit and follow up visit to get it reinstalled! Finally got it reinstalled, only to have the same error code 2 days later. Tech back out today and appears never fixed the original issue with the low speed transformer in the first place! About 15 others in same position as us locally trying to get warranty repairs. I'm assuming Coast is just trying to wait us out. Terrible warranty service for a very expensive custom spa.

Purchased a 17’ swim spa in 2017 from a spa store in Austin TX. Store went belly up soon after. Spa has been problematic since purchase. Lights defective, jets defective. Huge leak from busted bulkhead fitting on infinity edge reservoir. (I repaired since there was NO qualified Coast repair people in TEXAS. Then Pump #1 froze up. Contacted Coast for a replacement. After 4 days I got a reply. Pump is out of production indefinitely. Did I mention swim spa lining is blistering as well?If you are in the U.S. , buy a PDC spa instead!

We’ve been using our new Coast Spa (the “Freedom” model) every night for three weeks now and we love it! What a great way to enjoy the outdoors year-round! Wish we’d got one sooner!

The Spa is awesome, in my opinion the best in the business. What is totally unsatisfactory is the warranty support, which starts with the dealer International Pool and Spa in Mississauga ON.When we made the decision to purchase, the lifetime warranty on the shell is what helped sell us. We love the spa, you can imagine how we feel about International Pool and Spa and Coast.We get asked by a lot of people who's hot tub we recommend, guess which one is not on the list?Sadly disappointed
