Nancy Zhang in Richmond office had a very arrogant attitude towards my partner who tried to ask some detailed questions. Nancy was very impatient and unprofessional. Customers don't have to be a king but they might be from the kings side, and deserve reasonable treatment. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
