Jas is a wonderful person to have in your corner. She's been helping me for the past couple months after i was in an accident and unable to use my knee. Her professionalism is out of this world, and if you have a set back and can't do your normal exercises she adapts to what will work for you instead of just pushing something you can't do. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone
