1st Air Heating & Cooling

I worked with Niaz from this company. I needed a/c installed in my new place in Collingwood. Company was willing to send somebody from Toronto to Collingwood to do the installation (but to be truthful to the end we had 4 or 5 houses that needed installation). Still Niaz went there, called me before installation - we agreed upon where a/c should be installed (which location of the house) and then in couple of hours installation was done. Niaz sent me pictures or installed a/c and video showing me it's working. I was also pleasantly surprised that this company registered product with Lenox the same day, when i received email confirming this. I am very happy with this service.

We were looking for a new AC unit and a new furnace . After looking a several companies we found that 1st Air had the best products for a competitive price.Our sales rep, Nathan, was very helpful in choosing the right products for our house and for informing us about several rebates that were available. He started the process with the rebates program, and from the time we chose to go with f1st Air to installation, was two weeks.The installation guys were here promptly and stayed until and were very accommodating, dealing with us and a 100 yr old house.The new units are smaller and seems quieter and we look forward to seeing the savings on our utility bill!

1st Air and Afrusun installed a new furnace and central air for my mom and we are absolutely thrilled with their professionalism and hassle-free service. They removed the old furnace, installed the new one, installed central A/C unit in not the easiest of spaces, century home with a low basement and narrow stairs but they got it done! Oscar had replaced our furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank all in a day and a half! He and his associate who he came with were very efficient, professional, and left virtually no mess ( of course dust is expected), they made a great effort to keep my home clean. Any questions I had about the installation they were welcoming and open to answering, making suggestions, and giving myself assurance of everything occurring. All the equipment works great, and installation is very clean, extremely professional. I will use them again and refer them to everyone I know. Extremely reasonable in cost, compared to other hvac companies that wanted an astronomical amount more! All I can say is thank you for everything!

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by 1st Air Heating & Cooling, and if it were possible, I would have awarded zero stars. In 2019, I made the decision to purchase a brand new Lennox AC unit from this company, hoping for a comfortable and reliable cooling system. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.From the beginning, it became evident that the installation and/or repair of the unit were carried out improperly. As a result, I have endured sweltering temperatures during the summer months, leading to extreme discomfort, and a constant state of stress and anxiety. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, it is disheartening to admit that my unit, even in the year 2023, remains non-functional.Based on my personal experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend 1st Air Heating & Cooling to others. The subpar installation, persistent issues, and lack of satisfactory resolutions have left a lasting negative impression. I advise potential customers to seek out alternative options that prioritize reliable service and customer satisfaction.I sincerely hope that 1st Air Heating & Cooling takes this feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to rectify their shortcomings. As a consumer, I had high expectations, which were unfortunately not met. It is my fervent wish that other individuals will be spared from similar frustrations and disappointments in the future.

Had these guys come out to my 2nd home to do a AC install about a month ago. Like the first time, they came when they said they would, did the job fast, no surprises on the invoice. Can't complain, and AC blowing ice cold.

I wanted to buy a furnace for my home and I’ve worried about to buy a stuff that touch my expectations.after few searching I went to Costco and talked with technician “his name was ASH” and he helped me so much and we choose the best thing together and now after few months that they’ve installed for me, I’m really satisfied and feel comfort with the instrument.So if your looking to buy from reliable company I recommend this guys and looking for ASH, he is a really professional and honest person.Thanks 1St Air.
