Front desk staff are wonderful. A wealth of knowledge. They helped with insurance coverage. Dr Friesen has been our family dentist for years. Simply put, there's no one better. Dr. Friesen explains every procedure. Discomfort is to be avoided. Dental hygienist, Tracy, is also excellent. Very professional. I alwayscome away looking better than when I came in. Thank you, Tracy! Visits to the dentist can be scary. Steinbach Dental Clinic does everything possible to make it not so.

Been coming here since moving to Steinbach 3 years ago. The staff are all polite and friendly and the professional team I have been seeing (hygienist Jordan K. and dentist Dr Kolt and his dental assistants) are simply the best I have ever had!Both are not only extremely competent, professional, and friendly they are compassionate and patient. They truly care about their patient's comfort and well being, and explain everything they do, as they are doing it, so as to put you totally at ease during their procedures.Thank you for your excellent care.

I've never had such a smooth dental experience in my life. I woke up with extreme tooth pain and they took me in that day.Everyone there is extremely professional and friendly. I was never very keen on going to the dentist but these people made is as painless as possible!

Dr. Kevin Friesen was well informative about my procedures and was open to questions that I had. I told him that I was going to move and that I would need to transfer my orthodontics to a different dentist and he was on the ball with setting out initiative for that. The receptionist was kind and easy to talk to. I only had one confusion about the orthodontic procedure timeline but it was ok because it was my misinterpretation. I recommend going to Steinbach Dental Clinic.

My son had pain all night and it was an emergency to get him in. They shuffled appointments around and made time to get him in. They were great and informative and polite.He's a 5 year old, the place is better catered to adults but everywhere for kids was booked and they were so accommodating.

Had a pretty bad experience. They assumed what problem I had and then did a filling but my tooth still hurts really bad. And the dentist that was doing my filling stretched my mouth open super far and the tool he was using ripped open my cheek on the side by my lip. And after my appointment on my way home I felt something under my tounge, he forgot to take out a big piece of cotton that I could have choked on. Do not recommend going there.

I was recommended Steinbach dental clinic by a relative. After my first visit I have nothing to complain about. I was particularly impressed by how technologically advanced the clinic was, for example they get crowns made on site and then fitted within a few hours of the initial appointment.

My experience was very positive as when I arrived I was greeted in a pleasant and professional manner. The staff are very polite and ensure your information is correctly gathered and thoroughly reviewed before they perform a service.I was impressed with the hygienist as he was observant and sensitive if I was comfortable and would ask if I was doing okay while receiving treatment. I received the most thorough and painless cleaning I have ever had.Dignity and respect are priorities that make this business successful.

I received the first dental cleaning I had in years. Staff was friendly and open to questions. My dental hygienist continually asked me if I was still doing okay throughout the cleaning. He did not once make me feel bad or stupid for how long it's been since my last cleaning. I felt very comfortable asking questions; which is new for me - the thought of asking questions usually scares me. I left feeling clean and happy.Thank you, Steinbach Dental Clinic for providing such a pleasant dental experience. I am now a lot less hesitant to go to the dentist because SDC exists.

Steinbach Dental Clinic
Was initially not happy with my son's treatment there. However, after communication with the front desk, the Dr. called me himself to see how he could have made the experience better. I was very thankful for the humble communication and the willingness to listen. I will say I was very thankful for the dedication to sticking to price point when dealing with treatment. That was true to the previous reviews I had seen.
