Unfortunately my pepperoni pizza was terrible. It was cold and overcooked. It was like eating cardboard. Definitely overpriced for what I received. Will not try Gondola again. Certainly not the pizza I remember as a youth.

The manager was amazing! We used Door Dash to have a pizza delivered and it showed up completely smooshed together and ruined. We called Gondolas and unfortunately because we made the mistake of using Door Dash there was nothing he could do. We ordered another pizza and this one arrived not only in perfect condition but we also received a cake for free. They felt so bad for the situation that they were not responsible for… what did Door Dash do for us??? Gave us back our delivery fee and that’s it! Next time you want pizza call Gondolas directly and you will not be disappointed!!!!

My experience here has been great. We have some gluten sensitivities in our house and I had ordered salami as one of the ingredients. Apparently there is some wheat in this so the manager was quick to call back and discuss this and we swapped it out for another meat. He also gave us some gluten free chicken fingers to try at no charge. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great pizza!

During my visit to Winnipeg to see family, Gondola pizza was ordered a couple of different nights during my stay at my request. Good delivery and great pizza. There is nothing like it in New Brunswick where I now live. It was as good as I had remembered! Still my all time favorite pizza.

We ordered a X-large pep & bacon which was awesome no complaints there. We also ordered a Cesar Salad which had red onions in it. I've never ever had a Cesar Salad with red onions(or any onions for that matter), not impressed at all. Red onions belong in a Greek Salad, if this a regular ingredient they put in their Cesar salad they should make their customers aware, because, well that's gross.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever received from any restaurant. I ordered pizza for delivery and waited an hour and 20 minutes before calling to ask where my food was. I spoke to the manager and he was incredibly rude and tried to tell me that the HOUSE I live in was an apartment and that the driver was unable to deliver my food. He continued to tell me that I don’t live in a house which is absurd because I am sitting in it right now. He then proceeded to tell me he “didn’t have time for this” and that “if I’m at a friends apartment I need to organize this ahead of time”. Do not give this place your business.

Damn good pizza. Maybe a bit overpriced but well worth it.I completely forgot about Gondola Pizza as I'd move out of country for many years. 30 years later and I'm glad that I tried them. Having lived around the world I do know what great pizza is.Crispy crust, generous tasty toppings, not too greasy and not too salty.Not sure what all the nasty reviews are all about...sounds like they ordered through third parties. I phoned in my order and picked it up. Staff were polite and professional.I'll only be ordering my pizza from here now.

The pizza dough here is a frozen manufactured dough that's been precooked and they add sauce and toppings to it. They keep their doors locked so you can't actually walk in as they're afraid of local crime. Pizza itself is a little bit better than a frozen pizza you buy from a store and more like something you'd expect from a Chuck-E-Cheese or an arcade with a food concession stand rather than an actual Pizzeria.

We didn't receive any salsa and sour cream with our Viva la Mexicana pizza like it says on the menu. Both pies ordered were soggy on the bottom which basically made them inedible and not enjoyable. Cost was 85$ for both pies, they obviously didn't honer the daily specials pricing. Will not return to this place. I'm sure they don't care anyway. Go somewhere else!!!
