Fantastic company, I highly recommend them as they stand behind their products with great customer support.I had an issue with my Growatt inverter as it wasn't getting grid power. I contacted Microgreen and right away Martin contacted me and we went over my installation and settings multiple times. They had set up a warranty exchange as we thought the inverter was faulty. When I brought the inverter into their store they checked it and grid power was functioning. After some trouble shooting with my set up they helped me realize the issue I had with my installation.If you have a a stab-lok federal pioneer panel check the placement of the breaker in order to be able to get a double pole current.

I recently purchased the 10 kW system and am very happy with my purchase decision. When I initially made an inquiry online, I received a very prompt and professional response by way of a phone call and email from Shadi. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with me making my purchase decision. When I subsequently purchased the product, everything went very smoothly. I picked it up myself and the staff were super helpful. I only have 6 of the 12 panels hooked up at this time, and I am getting enough power even with the short days. I would not hesitate to recommend this product or company.

I am quite proud to say that I have reduced my carbon foot print.The Microgreen system is as easy to install as the video show.I am 60 and I put the panels on my roof myself and I do not like heights. So it is easy to install. The system is the 4kwatt with battery. Lately we had three days of cloud cover and the battery monitor did sound its alarm but the sun came out and in four hours the battery was 90% charged. I find this quite impressive.My hydro bill since the install SIX dollars:. I am so HappyThank You Microgreen.

Last summer/fall I purchased a complete off-grid 48V system with a 12 kwh lithium battery and a 10 kw Powerpak. Lots of glitches when first installed, the PP would shut off when the battery was fully charged and you have to manually restart the system every day. Davy H. did address this problem and it eventually worked without shutting off. Beware the transformer of the Powerpak which uses about 3.5 kwh every 12 hours not every 24 hours which I was told. On a cloudy, rainy day, you will chew through more than 2/3rds of your battery capacity in one day. You won't make it through two rainy days unless you put in on powersaver mode and basically use next to no electricity for anything. I expected a battery this large to manage at least three days of poor weather, not 1.5! Despite promising me that we would look at an alternative option that uses less power to service the transformer in the spring summer of this year, no reply to emails. Disappointed in the system and in the customer support.
