If you want your home to sell quickly and for top dollar, choose Indy Bal. My son needed a quick completion date. Indy listened to his needs and set up a strategy to get potential buyers in all in one weekend with minimum disruptions. By the end of the weekend there were multiple offers all with the desired completion date. It was a pleasure to work with Indy- he is a true professional, with lots of experience.
