Fantastic experience at Braven. We took my mom for her Birthday and were welcomed with a happy birthday as we came in for our reservation. Our waiter was charming, and he made sure we always had water and enough room to dine by taking excess cutlery.The food was delicious. The most flakey and buttery bun I have ever had, with a generous serving of parmesan on top. It was a great experience. I highly recommend the truffle fries and creamy crab carbonara as well. My mom was delighted and raved about how delicious the meal was all night.My fiance and I shared the phyllo-wrapped cheesecake, which exceeded expectations in every way possible. Light, fluffy, and not too sweet, that dessert will live in my memory until next time.The outdoor person atmosphere was enjoyable for me; it reminded me of hunting with my dad.

We loved our experience at Braven tonight. Karen was our server, what amazing lady she was, we enjoyed our evening even more with her serving us. Our steaks were perfect, our sides were amazing. We didn't expect the food to be the portions they were, definitely we should of orders less sides than we did. But everything we had was perfect.On the down side, we only booked this location because of the cheesecake that we saw online, we were disappointed to know this was off the menu months ago. It is very hard to find desserts that are worth it in Edmonton. We did instead get the Key Lime Pie which ended up being a new favorite of ours in Edmonton. We will definitely come back for the desserts. Please bring back your cheesecake.

My husband and I visited Braven tonight as a late celebration for his birthday. Deborah was our server and was absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive and friendly without being bothersome and always made sure we were well taken care of. The other servers were all very helpful in serving and helping clean our table. The manager came by a couple times to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. My husband had a steak and I had the salmon, both were absolutely delicious. Also highly recommend the pull apart bread as an appetizer and definitely the cheesecake for dessert! Thanks again to Deborah and everyone for a great experience!

Susan was our server and she was phenomenal. Perfectly attentive, personable, genuine, honest and knowledgeable. She made the experience worth it.The food tasted amazing. The pull aparts and French onion soup were so savoury. The steak was done perfectly.The crab legs needs some re-vamping. There were three legs in a cast iron skillet. The crab legs were cold and so was the skillet. The shell of the legs were soft so we couldn’t crack them, they would just bend. If we were given scissors to cut the legs or a crab fork to dig out the meat, it would have been easier.Susan was great at grabbing us tools to help us and she then advocated for a discount/bottle of wine.Although the crab legs were cold, Susan was on fire!

Braven is one of our favourite place for celebrations. I can't count on how many times I have been to this restaurant. I love the ambience here, they have great staff and the foods are beautiful and scrumptious. Another thing I love about is the parking. They offer free parking for 3 hours on a non-event day and it's an indoor parking. Come here for a special ocassion and I recommend to order their Sundae as that is one of their signature dessert.

There are two section in Braven, one is the bar and the other is the restaurant. I tried the food in the restaurant and it didn’t meet my expectations at all. I remember the mushroom soup was too much watery!However, the bar is quit nice and the snacks are tasty. Definitely try the Braven bar section. The images is from the bar!

First time at Braven.Drink recommendations were great, service was great (Melanie).Anyone else who came by was very friendly and polite.Appetizers were good, steak tartare and the smoked salmon.The pasta was great, the beef short rib was good. I’ve had better short rib but it was decent. For a slower night, I would’ve expected the short rib to be quite warm but it was slightly on the cooler side and a smidge overcooked for my liking but it was still very tender. I feel it could have a bit more flavour as well but it was still good. Short rib gets a 7/10 with room to be a 10/10 one day.Key lime pie was 10/10.Nice decor, relaxing spot.Overall a good visit and great service.

I had a birthday celebration here.As a part of the O&B chain, the food was great and they have interesting food items.I had jalapeno cornbread, one of the pasta (beef ragu?), truffle fries, and porterhouse steak. Everything tasted great and up to the O&B standard.I recommend this restaurant for its ambiance and service. I mean the food was great as well, but it was not something exceeding my expectations. All staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Very pleasant experience, overall.I would come back to Braven for a special celebration. Thank you!
