Had to phone 3 times to get ahold of parts department. After finally getting ahold of them they can't find any parts unless you supply a vin number. I supplied Year, make, model and motor serial number apparently was not enough. Asked if they can search up what gator models were made in 06 and the clerk replied with I wasn't here in 06 so I'm not sure" What a joke..."

Matthew in your parts department deserves special recognition for the amazing customer experience he provided me not one but two days in a row! He knew right away what the problem was that I was facing. Even suggested some tips to buy some new bolts for my spindles because the old ones would break. In this day it’s incredibly difficult to find such amazing staff. You have a great member of your team there and I ask that he gets special recognition for this. I’ll definitely be back and based on this experience would definitely deal here over any other dealer.

Bought a part for my swather from these guys and the part is defective and they are refusing too give me my money back. only shop here if you want too get bent over and stole from. I did talk to parts manager he told me it's not your policy to take back defective parts.

Very friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately my last experience here was not great... I had pre-ordered some parts so that it wasn't so much to handle once I got there but when I did arrive only some of the parts had been gathered and the remaining parts took a very long time to gather. One part was forgotten about so I had to return for it. Also, paying for the stuff took forever because the parts guy forgot to exit the invoice and it took about 10 min for that to finally happen.

I have given this Business a 3 because I believe that they offer a good service to Farmers particularly large Farmers that need large equipment and that need quick servicing for their equipment I am not a farmer myself so I can't speak to the quality of the equipment or the service when I do go in I noticed that there are always people around although it is not a busy place I noticed that the receptionists do not seem to have that much work to do but maybe I caught them in an off time the building is really nice it's a two-story building it's a little challenging to get to because it's off of a gravel road so it can be difficult to find but all in all I think it's an interesting business and from what I'm told a very profitable one

Phoned the service dept regarding my D130. Told me they weren't busy and to bring it down. Phoned me 2 weeks later and estimated $1600.00. Completed another week later. Called me and told me battery tested weak. Didnt want to add another $100 so I went and got it. Got it on the trailer. Went to start it at home wouldn't start. Had to push it off the trailer. Replaced the battery myself still will not start. Very frustrated to say the least. Also says it was pressure washed. IT WAS NOT!!! Very disappointed

I'd like to put in a plug for the sales and service staff at Cervus, since I see they are getting a bit beat up on here.I've known Norm (sales) for about 15 years since I bought a new tractor and accessories from him, and I'd say he is probably the most knowledgeable salesman I've ever known. The man is a walking encyclopedia of Deere equipment, and he never oversells the client. If there are any issues, he will advocate for the client to get the issue dealt with in a timely manner too, and always with a smile. Five stars for Norm. I can't say I've ever had an issue with the service department either, and they can usually find and fix the problem fairly quickly. One needs to remember during peak seasons that they get super busy and it may take a few days to get repairs done or parts in, which is no different than my experience with the boat service departments I deal with. A special thanks to Becky in parts too for her friendly helpful demeanor. Way to go team!

It says they are open till 5:30. But when you show up at 430 to drop off a piece of equipment. Everyone is gone.
