They’re all welcoming, friendly and they care about the animals.Update on another great experience. Just want to thank everyone there today and Dr. Kimberley Murphy. She explained everything that has happened to my dog Champ and explained what to do with the treatment she put him on. Also, thank you for getting him in so soon. I am very thankful.

The staff here are absolutely great. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to two of our family dogs last week and every staff member we spoke to was very sweet and compassionate. I would also like to name Dr Nicholson, as he was great with easing our minds and talking us through what to expect.The staff also mailed us some paw prints in memory of our dogs and we love them.Overall, they’ve been great to our dogs and continue to be great to the other two dogs we still have. We will be back to continue the care of our pets!

Depends on who picks up the phone.And what pet you have.If you have a cat or dog you’ll be good. Those are basic.Sure, the vet may be phenomenal (he is)But the person at the desk only passes on messages about pets in her preference.They knew I had an emergency Friday and told me on Monday I would speak to the vet.Found out they didn’t pass the message on Monday - to tell me “no.”Not compassionate, empathetic, or soulful either.Good luck if you go there.Don’t even bother checking in if you have an exotic pet. He does them but most of the desk staff can’t be bothered. Only care for the $ and not your babies health.So they won’t pass along the message.Try other vets. Seriously. Don’t go to AMC just because it’s well known.just because your neighbour goes there for her dogs- doesn’t mean you should.Yes, he knows exotic pets. No. He won’t help you with yours.Doesn’t matter if your pet is lethargic and dying.Doesn’t matter if it takes 5 minutes to pick up the antibiotic you need.The desk staff simply do not care.

This hospital is nothing short of amazing!The staff are kind and helpful they are very knowledgeable and understanding they explain everything in an easy to understand format and will triple check if you have any questions whatsoever.I cannot recommend the Animal Medical Centre enough. Definitely the best of the best at this location and you will leave knowing your pet got the best care possible.Don't hesitate choose AMC.

Over 22 years ago we took our cats to Kennedy Animal Hospital, and were always amazed by the service and compassion. Operations and goodbyes were handled with such care. We moved to AMC when they closed and followed the staff. We also received good care. Our cats have fortunately been healthy and we haven't been to AMC much, and knowing the pressure on vet appointments lately we abstained. Instead of receiving notice in advance of a 'use it or lose your space' policy - a review of our file after I requested an appointment was deemed inactive. We were kicked out of the clinic. The receptionist was just the messenger and felt badly, but it's devastating to realize that once you have need for treatment for your pet you can be denied service. This is the entire point of a veterinary clinic. AMC needs to send written notices of this policy in advance - and perhaps let people know what the monthly or annual 'spend' on their animal(s) must be.

Behaviour nothing short of unprofessional, thoughtless and immoral. Take your animals to a veterinarian that actually cares about the animal itself, providing treatment and at the very least attempts to assess the situation rather than pushing the concerns of the owner and the pet itself under the rug. Financial means are obviously the only motivation behind these doors! Shameful.

This place is very greedy they are not there for your pets only for the money, nasty work motto. They are always trying to find a way to make you pay more then you need to.

Just had my 16 year old cat Toby there. They are wonderful vet called explained everything to me. They don’t make you look foolish for asking questions very patient kind.

Very unprofessional staff when I arrived. Was rude and I waited almost two hours after my scheduled appointment with zero explanation for the extended wait. When collecting my payment, staff were very chatty and friendly. The vet/owner (Dr. Rozee) was very kind and helpful. Explained everything thoroughly.

Kind, attentive staff. Thorough. I'm so pleased that they accepted us as new clients. Our puppy loved her experience.
