I purchased Dodge 2015 in this shop on Feb 2023.Their service is wonderful. Especially that they refunded money amount for us due to some missing stuff such as air filters that found later. *I have not visited 3J Motors in person!*But have shopped “online/virtually” and can say they have friendly & responsive staff.I agree with another review on here - just because their vehicles have been recently safetied/inspected does not mean they are in good condition. It just means they are functional enough to pass minimum requirements.Just be thorough with reading the inspection report (check the pad & rotor measurements!), ensure you are looking at the vehicle yourself as well - maybe even get it professionally inspected.Functional does not mean optimal. Used cars are not supposed to be PERFECT, but you should not be buying a car knowing what needs to be repaired/replaced within a few months of purchase.If problems are evident, then they should be rectified or the vehicle discounted.Just expressing the need for caution folks.I inquired on a vehicle - pointed out concerns. Some negotiation was possible, but not enough to cover cost of repairs. Which feels neglectful. Businesses need to turn a profit, but customer experience & satisfaction is necessary for long term operations. Happy shopping! :)

Great experience! Muhammed was friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend these folks!!Edit.Prior to leaving the lot on after buying the car (it was a sunday), an employee broke the cable that opens the gas lid and trunk. They assured me they would call and order the part first thing Monday am. I called that Wednesday and they forgot. Fair enough. It happens. They eventually fixed it and in the meantime lent me a replacement vehicle. That was a nice gesture.The next morning, I look in the backseat of my car and there is grease on the seat and the seats are dirty and dusty. I don't know what they did, but it wasn't like that when I bought it. They've since reached out, which is great, but I've already cleaned it.They are genuinely nice guys. But this time, a lack of attention to detail and quality.

Was interested in buying a vehicle, didn't get approved, understandable it happens. Well I was still interested in said car cash instead but i was shut down immediately and was pointed to a different car. I simply asked questions and a got shut down again. Today I just got approved and Finalizing the papers for the same car I wanted originally elsewhere. Was hoping to do business here as reviews were incredible, very disappointed I couldn't get the same treatment
