All Victoria Vacuums

I broke a minor part on my landlord's vacuum and it would have cost me about $40 shipped to order the replacement part assembly online. Russ had the exact Miele vacuum part I needed (much more convenient than buying the whole assembly) and was super generous in offering it to me for basically nothing. I will definitely be back when I need to buy a vacuum of my own. Thanks again!

I don't know the gentleman's name who helped me today but service was top knotch. I was looking to address a specific vacuuming need and he helped me find what I was looking for at an unexpectedly good price. Thank you. I'm actually looking forward to house cleaning this week with my new Miele.

Entering the store is like entering an art gallery featuring and honouring vacuum cleaners and everything one needs to make carpets clean and floors shiny. The positive experience is further enhanced by the professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ailing vacuums get fixed fast and honest and exhaustive advice is given when a new vacuum cleaner needs to be purchased. What fun to be able to say that getting a vacuum cleaner fixed can turn into an enjoyable experience! :)

These guys are always awesome. Got a Sebo central vac kit from them (awesome kit) and they matched a competitor’s price even though their kit had a superior hose. They told me based on what I described that I’d probably be just as happy with one of their less expensive options which was pretty cool of them.When my old vac itself failed they helped me find a part I needed to fix it and sold it to me for a super reasonable price. They also gave me some tips on the repair.Last month my super old Husky vac died for the last time and I went and got a new one, which is so much better than the old clunker. I asked them for a quiet one and the Nilfisk they recommended is almost silent compared to the old biplane motor in the Husky. They just gave me a few bits and pieces to help me install it too.I’ve got solid advice, the stuff I wanted, and paid the same as I would have ordering it online. These guys are great.

Owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Did not have parts to fix our newer dyson but helped us diagnose the problem and told us some alternatives. Would highly recommend calling them.

Experience today at shop was unbelievable. After the clerk spent 10 to 15 minutes telling us about the product we were ready to buy. At that point there was another customer who had been waiting for 5 minutes. The clerk decided to serve the customer rather than finishing the sale with us. After waiting a long time we left and we didn’t get the vacuum cleaner we wanted and the clerk ended up with no sale!

We purchased a vaccum from All Victoria Vaccums in the last few months, and they have been absolutely excellent! We've been back to get assistance with a few things since we purchased the vacuum, and every staff member have been so pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful ... they are also extremely knowledgeable!We wish we'd gone there the last time we purchased a vacuum, and we highly, highly recommend them!
