Animal 911 Hopital Veterinaire

I have been to animal 911 3 times in the last month with both my dogs absolutely love this clinic and the staff!!! No long waits, very pleasant and the vet Dr Chad was kind, patient with my concerns and very thorough with my animals health and needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team of professionals to take care of all your fur babies.

The staff is very nice and great with my dogs very informative and good listeners since we love our pets and they do too the smaller one is Milo and the other one is Ralph

I have a very anxious dog. From the moment I walked into Animal 911, the reception, to the nurses, to the vet, my dog felt extremely comfortable and safe. Amazing staff and great service. I always bring my dog here and recommend them to everyone I know !

Dr. Chad, Courtney and the rest of the team at Animal 911 were great. What we thought would be a very stressful visit to the vet ended up being a very pleasant experience thanks to their smooth service and professionalism. Thank you for being kind and patient with Loki!

I never write negative reviews… but this place wasted my time.First time ever coming to this clinic.. I walked in and the receptionist was very sweet. Reason why I’m putting one star. Once she sat us in the room for the technician to come. We waited about 40-45 minutes with my kitten meowing and walking in circles just for my mom to open the door and ask the receptionist what is happening & If were going to see someone eventually. Even the receptionist didn’t know why we’ve been waiting so long and had to ask what’s happening.After waiting for a really long time, the “technician” finally comes in and basically tells me that they just received my files from my previous vet, when this appointment has been booked literally 2 and a half weeks ago. I transferred all the x-rays and confirmed with my vet the day that I booked the appointment to confirm that my files have been sent and they said yes. I specifically told the person who was booking my appointment on the phone that I would need my kittens cast changed since he’s growing and it’s getting loose and to have the fracture verified with x-rays to see if the fracture is healed. I also let her know that at the emergency they had to make him sleepy since he’s only 4 months old and won’t stay still. She said not a problem and even gave me a quote of how much it’ll cost the day of my appointment and we booked the date together to have everything done that day. Consultation, possible X-rays and bandage/cast changed.At this appointment the “technician” walks in and tells me they won’t be able to change the cast & that I would need to book ANOTHER appointment to have his cast changed and said the only thing she can do today is a consultation. The whole point of this appointment was to change my kittens cast and prevent him from fracturing his tibia even more. I could have gone elsewhere they would have done the actual services I was told.All to say is, I’m never recommending this place to any of my friends, family or anyone in that matter who will ask for a recommended vet. They don’t own up to what they say. I completely agree with some of these bad reviews here & should have stuck to my gut feeling and not come here. I walked out mid service & will not be coming back.

Every time I book an appointment with a feeling they try to push and get more medical tests to be done that are unnecessary. I brought a cat for a routine check up and vaccination. $300 vs $200 after I declined all extra tests leaving out only consultation and vaccines. So be aware of what they offer and ask questions. But that trick works if your pet is getting a very good care at home, eats a good quality food, drinks enough water, exercises regularly, is indoor and doesn’t hangout outside leaking garbage.

We made the switch to this clinic during the pandemic after multiple letdowns from their biggest competitor in the area. The service is much better. The staff is always kind and professional.Whiskey approves!

I called animal 911 for afor my best friends dog Toby, they were super accommodating and gave me a same day appointment. Staff was nice, the vet took her time going through everything thoroughly and the nurse was with us from start to finish. I highly recommend this hospital.

This hospital was amazing. The staff is so friendly and nice. They accommodated me and my puppy so well, this will definitely be my main vet from now on.
